Another lovely bowl. Love that you used Ack’s on this piece. You implied that the walnut oil used on food bowls where Ack’s is not. In fact, Ack’s Wood Pastes are completely food safe. Tom goes to great lengths to make sure that all the ingredients he uses are certified food safe. So you can use it with confidence on all your bowls intended for food use. Another great job. Thank you for watching my video and commenting about the finishes. What I failed to say was that it is hard to apply Ack's to a bowl that needed a reconditioning as Ack's works best on the lathe where walnut oil works great for reconditioning a bowl that was worn from use. Of course, I could be wrong about this as I have never tried it. I am going by the Ack's directions on applying it. Once again thank you for watching and commenting as this is how we learn. A quick tip before you rotate the cutter market with a marker. It helps me to remember which ones are sharp and which ones I used
