    Awesome video bro. Thanks. The link you have posted is no longer working. Do you have a place where I can order the carb from?

      You can get them on Amazon. Just search pb500t carburetor. And pick one with the best reviews

    I've looked at 10 vids of the PB500t. All have a grommet into the fuel tank with the two fuel lines. Mine does not have a grommet in the tank and it does not have a black fuel line going to the fuel filter. Did mine come over on the "Mayflower"? The fuel lines on mine go thru individual holes in the tank and are "fuel line material-yellow or green, depending on lighting or my eyes.
    I gave you and all the others I looked at a "thumbs up". If I look at a vid I give an Up. When in reality they were not that good.

      Some have grommets and some have holes in tank. Sometimes I feel the same about 2 cycle stuff lol. They might have come across with the mayflower lol

    Just an FYI on This.. I have this blower and just ordered a new Carb.. Manufactures number etc. The problem I was having after installation was the throttle cable was too long. What I finally realized is that the linkage connection on the new carb was reversed from the original carb. Once I flipped it around it was fine.. The new carbs are just a little different! Enjoy banging your head on a rock like I did. lol

    Which side is the H jet on that carb? Air filter side or engine side? Are the jets adjustable?

    • @outdoorpowertech7738
      @outdoorpowertech7738  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      H is on left near air filter and L is on right. It takes a small D screwdriver that runs 30 dollars. If a rebuild kit did not work on this style I normally just replace with a new one saves you money and a headache.

      So mine is about 3 years old starts and idles fine however when. Full throttle after about 10 sec it starts to bog down and I have to let go of trigger and it idles back. Do you have any suggestions what causes it to loose drastic power and almost stall? Do you recommend changing carberator as the tool to adjust carb is impossible to find

      @@frezelfrez8333 Hi sir. I am not sure. I get conflicting information as to the carb adjustability.

    Help! How do you reconnect the linkage from the throttle cable to the little hole on the carb? I've done mine but when I pull my trigger it doesn't move anything once I think I have it all done.

    • @outdoorpowertech7738
      @outdoorpowertech7738  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      make sure your gasket is on the right way behind the carb. if its on backwards it want let the linkage move. their is a cut out on the gasket that allows the linkage to move past it.

      Where can I find the info for replacing the carb on a Echo 770?
      I took off the carb to clean it and it got late on me. I cannot figure out how to put it back on where the cable will open the carb.
      I'm definitely routing it the wrong way. I just can't seem to figure it out.

      Thanks for this video. I replaced the carburetor successfully but when I turn my blower on its feels like its choked down . After I start it and slide the handle to release the trigger it dies and smokes also not blowing at full power . I did replace spark plug gas and air filter also . Do you know what might be the cause of not running right also it's not my gas mix I used the same gas mix i uses for my echo stm 225. So I know it's not the gas mix . Please help

    can you tell me what the air screw setting must be?

    • @outdoorpowertech7738
      @outdoorpowertech7738  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It has high and low mixture screws that require a special tool. I usually just buy a new one if cleaning it does not help. The tool is around 30 bucks and is a butt to get them set because they are so small. I wish they would have made the screws the same as other carbs.

      And the screw on the top sets your idle speed.
