I always wondered why they sent me those screws ? now i know what there for ! I just use washers screw and heel bar -- but i do use installer 😂 .. I never torqued damper either i hit it with half inch till it clicks three times ? ain’t that torque !!! lolol good video

That deep nut looking spacer is supposed to be between the crankshaft and the tool, it’s to tell you when the seal is at the correct depth.

Torque on the harmonic balancer is 150 ft lbs. according to Cummins quick serve.
My cummins repair manual says to not use oil on the seal. Use only soapy water.

it is depend what kind truck. usually 3-4 hours but sometimes 8 hours.
I’ve replaced so many of these on detroits and Cummins but I don’t remove the radiator but should because it’s a bitch not doing it that way
