First time I heard the opening of Keep On Running I was hooked. One of my all time top 5 favorite bands for sure. Under rated and under appreciated. And Dave is still bringing it in the 2020's.
Loved this and the version of Mean Streak they did elsewhere... Do they still do Struck Down from the second Yesterday & Today album? Was that played on this cruise at all? Always loved the fuck out of that song. Technically it's not a "Y&T" song, but Yesterday & Today morphed into Y&T so...since Dave has always been the lead singer, lead guitarist, and songwriter for "both" bands...I'd think it would find it's way into their live sets, even as an encore... (Oddly enough, Struck Down doesn't show up on any of Y&T's best ofs or compilation albums. Not any that I could find on Amazon at least...) Dave's voice still sounds pretty powerful. Always thought they should have been much more massive. Far too underrated, in my opinion. Sad how many former members have passed away. Dave is still tearing it up, though.
