There is so much value is starting from nothing to create a business that generates an income at the level that hers does. There is a lot of learning in between and it's something that we hope many people will get value from.

I have been running a tuition centre for the past 8 years that I built from scratch. I teach maths including Alevel. But recently it’s really dipped with clientele coming from word of mouth only. I’m not very good with Facebook or Instagram and feel I need to start bracing this more. But don’t know where to start.

Wow what an inspirational woman! Hats off to your mum- what an amazing woman she is to raise such confident and good children. I feel like I would be good at coaching people but I am an accountant stuck in a corporate world. How could I switch.
Hi Agnes Fab question because I used to ask this too! As you know, I'm an Accountant but now I also offer Financial and Business Coaching as a part of our business. But this took a while and is still developing area as I learn more about how to put together various pieces. I'd say that a good place start is: 1) Figure out if you'd actually enjoy coaching. Coaching is not for everyone. 2) Assess what people are already doing. E.g. I just mentioned what I do above. My sis also shared what she does. 3) Figure out how you can help people with the skills you have. And in what niche. 4) Read books on coaching. 5) Some people take a short course/programme. Consider this too. 6) Go through someone's coaching programme and learn from it too. Does that help? 😀

A Sales System is the process that people go through in order to buy from you. E.g. Like Pam used the example of Ikea who have created their store so that you have to walk through all the departments, thereby seeing their products (priced at different levels) and increasing your likelihood to fill your trolley and buy their various products. That whole process is a Sales System. In the online world, it's the equivalent of creating an effective Sales Funnel made up of instant Call To Actions of deferred Call To Actions through a nurture sequence (such as an email sequence). Make sense? 😀
