  • A non-intimidating way to complete a HIIT workout. In this 17-minute Standing Beginner Cardio HIIT workout, I'll take you through a routine that will get your heart rate up while standing the entire workout with NO JUMPING!
    This workout is perfect for those who are new to cardio or high intensity interval training (aka HIIT) or who need just a little less impact. Get ready to sweat and have fun with this energizing workout! Remember low impact doesn't mean low intensity - so let's get after it!

    I love these! Sometimes beginner workouts go too quick and I can’t keep up and my form is incorrect. Once I nail the form and routine it I add weights and add more reps. ❤❤
