@Amaniel1984 One of the oldest! I am too ! I am still trying to grasp the meanings behind each of the motions, so until the point that really I realize what it all means, I am still practicing it... It's so good to hear another is learning this advanced technique. Amitofo.
@MemphisFlash Who told you that, I mean my coach called it changquan and he was actually pronouncing the A in Chang. I think the sound of the A is streched a little as if you'd be saying Chaang.
