Anyway it was recommended I follow the advice given by professor Stuart McGill (Back Mechanic ) So basically all of the exercises here are discouraged . Any suggestions?

I'm a 5' ft 10" age 57 male. My stomach is in the way for many of your stretches, could you please do a video or stretches someone can do if 70 lbs overweight, as I'm dieting to slim down, thx!
