I was there for the first taping of show. It was so fun. The family bought us chicken dinners that night it wa a long day. Go see the show in Vegas it is great.
That's what I thought. This clip is obviously from very early in the series. I wish this show was released in full seasons on DVD. Or else back on TV. There are several "retro" channels today and it would be great if one of them added this to their lineup!
@Kleineganz I don't think some people realize her outfit is an extremely modest version of a female figure skater's costume, lol. It's actually quite long!
I'm confused...the first episode began with them singing "That's the Way (I Like it)". A clip is even on Donny's channel, described as being the first episode. Is this a pilot?

I remember this like it was yesterday. Stage 6, KTLA. And the family did get along, and Donny & Marie were probably the closest.
