Being a tight family unit helps, they are naturally in sync having dancing together since they were young kids. And some of the songs they put out sounded great and still do today, my favourites are Going Home and Down By The Lazy River.

Maybe no lip syncing in this video (I haven't watched it yet), but they lip synced much of their career. Donny Osmond reveals in his book that they had a sound track tape called "Melvin" that they used routinely. They lip-synced to songs that they had not rehearsed and therefore could not have sung live if they tried. They even lied to the audience one when Melvin malfunctioned and said they would now do the song live, when in fact they were just buying time for Melvin to be reset.

How I would love to go back in time and sit in the front row and watch one of their concerts again. Today's generation doesn't know what they're missing. The energy and dedication they put in their shows was amazing. I was lucky to meet them after a concert. One of my best memories.
