You just earned my sub now! I am glad you like Quilge too I mean I like him cause he is the first sternritter Ichigo fights and even though he was only at the begining he was still cool. I like how he could not believe Ishida's Arrow's were stronger than his like he was hinting something and when he transformed. Hope he comes to Brave Souls one day.
Edit: Also even though he say's he could not steal Ichigo's Bankai maybe other's though..just saying like I would say at maybe slighly past captain level.

Quilge is my favorite Sternritter! The guy was so menacing. His design is really creative and it kind of looks like he could have been in the band Rammstein. I even created a character partially based off of him for a fictional story I'm writing. I just hope when the dub comes out he actually sounds intimidating. I don't want a corny fake german accent.
If anything he’ll come to brave souls at the end of this year
The crazy part for me was he didn't really rely on his schrift much (despite it not really being an offensive schrift like the explode or the death dealing) and still going pretty hard on ichigo

One of my favorites
I was scared Quilge was the weakest Quincy but I was more disappointed that the other Sternritters weren’t really on par with him. His threat level should’ve been the standard for all Quincys, but that’s just me
I agree, i think he was one of the Quincys who had the highest threat level
He’s probably somewhere in the middle since compared to the stronger sternritter like bazz b, askin, gremmy and etc he doesn’t hold a candle to them since his ability is only able to work on people who aren’t Quincy

My problem with Quilge ( KILL-GE ) is how much his potenial for his destructive power and HAX? Bambietta has her explodes, Bazz-B has his Burner Fingers and Äs has his Fear HAX. I think (and hope ) Kubo change the Sklaverei abillity from basic Quincys attacks to Quilges own Jail abillities. This would give him more credit, when Sklaverei is a part of his unique power.
With Sklaverei he could beat Bazz-B and Bambietta but Äs Fear could be dangerous for Quilge. For sure Quilge would slap Accutrone, BG9 and Mask de Masculine.
The reason why he knows Uryu and the Ishida family: He, Royd, Gremmy and Askin were probably a special unit between the regular sternritters and the ELITE. One of the 4 have the potential to become a elite sternritter. Its just a theory.
Overall good video. I would place him under Bambietta, Bazz-B and Äs Nödt because their HAX and destructive power are sick.

Technically Uryu used Sklaverei at the buildings in his fight against Mayuri
@@shokurozu277 No it's his own ability he literally rips away and adds the reishi from another person into his own being no other Quincy has used this technique... its a variation of what Uryuu did in Letz Stil... only those 2 and ywhach have shown that level of Reishi manipulation

yhe fact kubo had quinys in his story fro the start and still couldn't get the powers consistent. shows he didnt think about them during all those years.

@@lorddukfoxyzeppeli7921 Exactly . Just wish all the minor or non=sternritters level or strike sole-dat used common Quincy techniques and were as viscous doesn't have be on his level or strength . Also wish Blut= Vein and Blut = Artery didn't finish and used regularly.

Quilge is strong and is obviously Captain level but he wasnt on Ichigos level nor Kisukes level. Ichigo was slapping Quilge around and Quilge states he was being overwhelmed while putting all of his reiatsu into Blut Vene. Thats why he wasn't attacking and in the moment he tried to switch because he lost his cool Kisuke dropped him.
Kisuke thought he was dead but Quilge caught all 3 of them off guard this is especially important because Orihime has always been shown to have exceptional sensory abilities (see substitute shimigami arc and SS arc) and she was hit.
Well... with Ayon absorbed and the physical Blut, he couldn't do much to Ichigo, and his defensive Blut was barely helping him by the end
Ichigo was just too much that he couldn't really retaliate anymore... would have been cool to see other Quincy use these abilities, like maybe not "Slavery" but the puppet ability to fight on the brink of death, even Uryu could do that vs Mayuri so no reason no others couldn't
The only abilities other Quincies used was the defensive Blut, i can't recall any of them mentioning the attacking one, and by 2nd invasion, Blut was hardly used
Hopefully Quilge Opie's role and past is expanded upon in the upcoming anime.

to say he was superior to other sternritters is a bit of an overstatement. imo, its more likely that he was sent to hueco mundo instead of another stenritter, not because of his strength or because of juhabachs belief in him, but because of his letter. hes the jailor. his job was to get ichigo moving in the opposite direction (away from soul society) and to keep him there. he doesnt even seem all that OP compared to the other sternritter; when he snapped his neck back, he remarked that he should ask that the blut be increased, which to me says any of the sternritter could have tanked allon or ayon or wtvr the hell that monsters name is. it was a strategic move.
also, just because you see quilge subjugate reishi doesnt mean that the other sternritters couldnt do it. id bet all of them with the exception of maybe jugram could. subjugating reishi isnt something that only quilge does... its what quincy's do. period. he even mentions uryuu's grandfather and that the technique he taught uryuu was antiquated. souken was the only quincy holding onto such an old technique. he was holding back their evolution, in quilge's own words. hes nothing special. all the sternritters are pretty strong. quilge's nothing special.

I like your chanel and this video is great but pleas PLEAS i hate the way everyone that speaks englisch, say the german words. Its sounds so gay (no front) and so tarreble. so cool that bleach used some really cool words from germany but everyone says in such a gay way and even such cool words like vollständig, sternritter, sklaverei, Blut Vene, Sankt Zwinger...
