Man I think you are right. I bet you can squeeze out a 90 with that rifle. So I kind of approach the target like this - all 4s = 80 points. I view the base as being 80 and any 5s will add additional points to the 80 score. If you can get at least 10 scores of 5 and hold all the rest to 4s that will be your 90 score. All 4s with seven 5s will be an 87 and so on. But, if you start hitting 3s and 2s then you just have to start subtracting points from the 80 base and it actually makes it harder to overcome. I shot it the other day with Eley TEAM and I was consistently hitting 4s with the exception of two 5s so again I got an 82. I just can't seem to get past that 82 point mark.
When you moved from the bottom to the top target to shoot a group, the first two flyers were because the rifle was not settled into the front and or rear bags after a major change. Sliding the rifle forward/backwards a few times before shooting to get it to settle after major adjustments. I'm still working on that!
I don't know sir. I hear a lot of excuses. "It bit me pretty good." I'm gonna have to try that one😂😂😂. I think it grouped well. I know that once you find that sweet spot - we're in trouble.

The +4 is just the number of 5s (aka stars) he shot. It isn't additional points. He shot an 80 with 4 stars. It took me a minute at first, then I realized what he was referring to with the plus 4.
Just my observation, brother. I've noticed that every time you shoot, you're closer to the building to block wind. Just thought people should know the tricks to the game. You're basically shooting like FClass with the front rest and back rest. It's really easy to shoot like that. Use a bipod and rear bag like normal folks shoot.
Have no idea what you are talking about closer to the building to block wind. You have me puzzled. There is no building down range to block wind. If you are talking about me shooting from the old wooden bench now instead of the concrete bench it is nothing more than the video is not as washed out. As far as easier to shoot we all are entitled to our own opinions I suppose. By the way I am waiting on your target to join in 🤣

Great shooting so thought you were going to do it One question on the front rest is there meant to a stop for the stock so it's in the same place every time. I'm in the same boat still learning how to use my rest and a nice rear bag coming from Lynne for my birthday hopefully squeeze out a few more points with it

You need to get a $20 scoring plug. And everyone else I see shooting these targets. You will be surprised how many points you loose after you plug them. I see scores near 100 and the real score should 50.

Oh man thank you Charles this might a great suggestion as I have never tried it.
@@Dayattherange watch the reticle as you move the rifle back and forth and you can see it stabilize after several cycles
