Amen. Cell phones are the new gods of this world. Couples at restaurants are on their phones during their meal. Kids at the dinner table are on their phones instead of conversation. People walking on the street are on their phones. People in their cars are on their phones. How did we live without this technology back then?
Any addiction is a sin and ultimately, is a destroyer of marriages, and if you are the other spouse, you need to pray for them, and try to get them to seek the Lord about their addiction.
