OPC vs PPC cement in Telugu Complete information and Quality Checking

అదే విదంగా మీ ఇంటిలో ఎలాంటి నిర్మాణం చేసే అప్పుడు ఎలాంటి సిమెంట్ వాడాలి అనే విషయం కూడా వివరించాను. కాబట్టి మీరు వీడియోను పూర్తిగా చూసి మీ ఇంటి ఎలాంటి నిర్మాణానికి ఎలాంటి సిమెంట్ అవసరమో తెలుసుకోండి.
మన్నిక గల సిమెంట్ గనుక మీరు వాడకపోతే కొద్దిరోజులలోనే గోడలు బీటలు బారే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది అదేవిధంగా పెచ్చులు ఊడడానికి కూడా అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
ముక్యంగా సిమెంట్ లో రెండు రకాలుంటాయి.
A) OPC సిమెంట్ B) PPC సిమెంట్
ఈ రెండింటికి సంబంధించిన కొన్ని విషయాలు మీకోసం ముందుగా PPC సిమెంట్ గురించి తెలుసుకుందాం.
OPC Cement:
* OPC - ఆర్డినరి పోర్టులాండ్ సిమెంట్.
* సున్నపురాయి, ఇసుక, సల్ఫర్, జిప్సం.......
* BIS గ్రేడ్స్ 33, 43, 53.
* 28 రోజుల తర్వాత గట్టిధనం- 55N/𝑚𝑚^2
* గట్టి పడే సమయం 4 నుండి 5 గంటలు.
* పని చేయడానికి కొంచం కష్టంగా ఉంటుంది.
* నీటి తడి వచ్చే ప్రదేశాల్లో వాడకూడదు.
* క్యూరింగ్ 7 నుండి 10 రోజులు.
* భీములు, పిల్లర్స్, బ్రిడ్జి, ఫ్లైఓవర్స్.

PPC Cement:
* PPC - పోర్టులాండ్ పోజోల్లాన సిమెంట్.
* పోర్టులాండ్ + బూడిద, క్లే, జిప్సం.........
* 33 గ్రేడ్ కి సమానంగా ఉంటుంది.
* 28 రోజుల తర్వాత గట్టిధనం- 56.5N/𝑚𝑚^2
* గట్టి పడే సమయం 10 గంటలు.
* పని చేయడానికి అనువుగా ఉంటుంది.
* నీటి తడి ప్రదేశాల్లో కూడా వాడవచ్చు.
* క్యూరింగ్ 10 నుండి 15 రోజులు.
* ఇంటి నిర్మాణం, ప్లాస్టింగ్, నీళ్ళపని, కాలువలు.
