Rabid animals and invasive animals are different. The first is kinda an illness for just 1 animal and it can spread. If you kill the animal, you protect the rest. But the second is kinda like the whole specie has the illness, so you have to make a choise on which specie you wanna keep alive. When the hornet gets stuck, it calls for help and the others show up. While they are trying to check on the distressed hornet, all the others get stuck in the paper. Regular fly paper will not work, you need something as strong as gorilla tape.
