    Parabellum looks beautiful.

    I think the el choppo is more ideal for a slicing motion. That's why the handle also has that bulge at the end, so it won't slide of your hand. Nice video man!

    At least you're using the knifes you buy! Alot of these other guys just show you what it looks like. Nice vids man!

      Well, it's kind of a waste tbh. I can BUY a lot of knives for the cost of one of these, and they'd probably do the job better.

    Nice to see the blade perform so well in real world tasks ~ from a fellow Parabellum owner.

    Over a year later now, time yet for a follow up video? I just ordered an El Choppo before it was retired. Would like to see what your longer term thoughts are on the piece. Thanks!

    I know this is an old vid, however, I just wanted to recommend that you just simply file down that point of frustration on your parabellum. Easy fix that you can do yourself in 5 minutes. Well, maybe a little longer than 5 minutes lol, I bet that 5160 is some serious shit! Keep it up man 🤙🏻

    I have purchased a zt scyliss and liked what you have done with the rope work on the sheath. Can you do a instruction video on how you do that.

    Nice video!! Zombie tools are great. I like very much to use a ten inch blade for camp task.. We all love swords, but at 8:00 you can clearly see why you can't actually use a sword for bushcraft. You miss almost every shot. It's not your fault, it's just the wrong tools for the job. Damm even with a ten inch blade you should not do bushcraft, you need a small blade for bushcraft. But this zombie tool are sure usable in pure chopping.

    so pretty much the el choppo isn't front heavy enough to do well chopping

      @MikaKise  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's definitely front heavy enough, but I think the grind on the parabellum with the wider blade and the length of it is a better option for chopping =)

      TheHangOut I would like to tell you that on the zombietools website it says basically only the Scyllis is recommended to put your finger in that choil to choke up on the blade. It’s really more to make it easier for them to sharpen. So they don’t recommend choking up on the blade by putting your finger up.

    should chop dead standing trees not live trees.

      Don’t worry about the trees, they’re only here temporarily, before they’re replaced! Just like you and I!
