I've been using the Osmo Pocket 3 for a few weeks now and I'm still amazed by the quality of the footage. It's so clear and smooth, and the colors are so accurate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great camera.

Just picked up the 3. I love it!! So excited to get filmi in Southeast Asia
The Pocket 2 is still great, I love it for the size, it’s more pocketable. However, with a bigger sensor and updated tracking system, you can’t deny the Pocket 3. I’ll keep both with the Pocket 2 being my backup device. I’m now just waiting for the Pocket 3 to come back in stock! 😩

the biggest difference is the price, i just got the used a 2 comb for $200 while it is $649 for 3 comb.

Do you recommend to film basketball games ?
@@33Tiffny I wouldn't really recommend any action type of camera for that. Unless you are fine with just a wide angle shot it everything. For that, it would be just fine. Usually these are better for handheld vlogs or stuff like that
I am learning to use my P2. I really like the larger touch screen of the P3 and plan to get it and have both with P2 as a backup device.
Pocket 3 is double the price
The pocket 2 also can be used with a mic with the creator combo.
The low light quality is amazing, but size difference is considerable. I’m bringing both on my vacation to hawaii
Is the difference considerable though? The P3 is only about 0.63 inches longer and a tiny bit thicker and wider. And 179 grams isn't heavy... only 6.3 ounces.
You could probably notice the difference if you use the P2 and P3 back to back. But the P3 is small enough to where you can easily get used to it. I don't think people using the P3 will ever think 'wow this thing is too big'.
My Pocket 3 arrives today. Can’t wait to start using it.

Pocket 2 have half inch sensor and when you are moving camera left and right pocket 2 is keeping horizotal when pocket 3 is not keeping horizontal and need to be reecentered

yes ig, because it also has a creator combo which almost has the same accessories as P3
the only thing that stopping me from buying op3 is the rotating screen issue.

Both are pretty good quality. P3 can record up to 4k/120 while the P2 does up to 4k/60.

If you’ve never owned neither of the two, is it better to go with the pocket 3 or go for the pocket 2 created combo?
Here in Australia, the pocket 2 creator combo is $679 but the pocket 3 on its own is $849 - if I was to buy the created combo for pocket 3, it would be $1,129.. :’))

There is no case that I’ve seen. These aren’t action camera so not sure why anyone would want to use them underwater.
