Here's the root problem: Parents in the West raise their kids with zero discipline. I'm an Asian immigrant and was at the top of my class simply because I could do basic algebra, while my classmates skipped class to smoke weed in the washroom. And I'm not smart by the way. I've just been practicing math since the age of 4. Two hours a day, that's all it takes. Shockingly, kids who failed their math test would still be taken to Disneyland or Chuck-E-Cheese by their parents. If parenting collapses, then a million different things could go wrong. Kids become soft, entitled, and fail to understand the concept of competence. Obviously, if you fail to understand that some people have more skills than others, then everything will look "unfair", and Marxism will look very appealing. And guess what? You can only appreciate how hard it is to build these skills once you've put in the work yourself. Most kids in America don't. Most boys in China/India are not necessarily masculine in the classical sense, but they're not soft either. You just need to have discipline.

It is not inclusive because it will turn off the exact people the military should be attracting. We are lost.
There is no truth in the Russian ad. They beat their Soldiers, disrespect subordinates and all while being scared yes men to those above them. And it shows. US Army treats people like people at the lowest level, and while it isn't always the best decisions being made, we produce real warfighters who care about the people around them when they're in trouble, even if they're a higher rank. I can tell you one thing is that Russians strive to be perfectionist in everything they do. And they expect nothing less.
There is no truth in the Russian ad. They beat their Soldiers, disrespect subordinates and all while being scared yes men to those above them. And it shows. US Army treats people like people at the lowest level, and while it isn't always the best decisions being made, we produce real warfighters who care about the people around them when they're in trouble, even if they're a higher rank. The American ad is better and far less selfish than the Russian who only cares about himself and has the ferocity of a mouse because he never really gave a crap about the people to his left and right.
