North Korea counts a row boat with a gunman as a naval ship... And china counts canoes
*naval
Nah. Fear my belly button floatie buddy
Yea at the end of the day we have 11 nuclear super carriers while China and Russia have one non-nuclear. No comparison.
What do North Korea and China count as submarines? Do they have sandwich shops in their navel bases?
@@rottenbutter360 I have thought long and hard on that... I believe North Korea must turn the canoe over and walk on the ocean floor. Plus they get to then count one piece of equipment as two ships!!!
Not to mention if the U.S.A. were to be invaded the invading force would be met with millions of civilian guns too.
Multiple TENS of millions of Patriots!
Hundred of millions. We have a current projected population of 341 million people. They're not all citizens. As of 2022, the U.S. was projected to have 393 million privately owned firearms. A true number is unknown because of these weapons aren't registered. Invading this country is the worst thing you can do.
Not sure what country said it but Behind every blade of grass there's a civilian with a gun
@@jamesboyles5718 don't know who said it either but he wasn't lying.
I believe it was Japan
Division within is relative. Outsiders who would attack will cause us to pull together in a fraction of a second.
Happened before with the twin towers. I remember the national pride and unity that came from that event. However, it must be said that there are a lot of people who were not born yet and know nothing of unity other than unity for whatever trend is popular on social media and will get them clicks. There are American citizens inside this country that hate it to its very core (yet still don't want to leave, go figure). There most certainly are people who would oppose that national unity as they have been completely demoralized by psychological warfare... If tragedy were to strike, I hope we have what it takes to fight off the enemies of our great country... both from outside and within.
Yep, Family fights, but let an outsider piss us off and see what happens.
@@Bancheis Yes it took 3 weeks before liberals started whining again
@@Bancheis too bad Bush and his cronies took advantage of all that "unity" to cause two pointless wars and cost millions of lives and trillions of dollars with the GWOT, what a waste

Something always overlooked after numbers. Whether it's a good thing or not, the US military is CONSTANTLY at war. The experience cannot be matched.

bullshit.
Hooah! Former 11Bravo here!
What she failed to add to number of personnel serving is that China, India, Russia, and N Korea is that they are required to serve, whereas in the USA we have an all volunteer military, that would increase in time of war

But those other countries conscript soldiers are really, really good at pretending to kick a soccer ball as they march!
@@RogCBrand that really helps when fighting lol
Said that very clearly at least twice. You must be semi-literate in English to understand what is being said. They US has a professional military while the others are populated with "conscripts". If you go find out what that word means there is a slight chance you will understand what is being said in plain English.
@@paulmartin2348 This. Two of my sons spent many years in Afghanistan and Irag. Abrams and infantry. I asked the 11B about starting up the draft. He gave me the "here's your sign" look and promptly told me, "I don't want a guy near me who doesn't want to be there." Mind you, both of these men enlisted while we were at war. It was deliberate.
The one thing that America has, we always stand together, when an enemy messes with us as a nation we will come together. America loves freedom to much to give it up. We actually aren’t divided, the media, our own media, likes to put it out like that. Which is crazy, our own media throwing us under the bus, giving this idea that we are divided and weak. “We the people”, not the government. We the people stand strong, always have and always will.
freedom as long as you're not poor or a POC
Americans will not come together anymore.
@@jonathanbirch2022 stop regurgitating main media BS. You and those that think like you do, are the reason people think America is divided. I’d rather be poor or a person of color (POC) in America before being any of those two in another country. If your born poor here in America a you don’t have to die poor. But that’s how it is in most other countries, your born poor, you die poor. You have a way of making a living to better yourself mentally, physically, and monetarily. POC, 🙄 highest paid athletes are black, most famous movie actors and actress are black, the top of top brain surgeon in America is black (grew up in a single family home, not rich but poor, mom working hard to provide, urban areas, and push and pushed for her son to go to a better school then the one he was going to), there was a black president, most popular and richest musicians and performers are black, most successful tv shows, talk shows are hosted by a black person, most watched and grosses the most money are black, the list goes on and on. How do you think they got there, it wasn’t by only POC pushing them to the top, I know that because POC only make up 13-18 percent of America. Who else do you think got them to where they are? All the other non-POC that supported them also. Nice try.🤣
@@TheSkydiverphoenix this comment is why you will forever be left behind, while everyone else has moved on.
@@shaylablueangel Your comment clearly shows just how simple you really are. We are divided in a very big way and sadly morons like yourself add to those divisions.
Also daily people are leaving military service and being replaced by new fresh people, so there are about 5 million former service members running at any given time with military experience and a lot of them are armed as well.
don't forget the vets that are willing to put the uniform back on at any given moment to defend their country again
lol, most Americans are armed.
read about the Battle of Gettysburg - 3 day battle, approx 43, 000 dead. Across 3 days they didn't have time to clear the fields of the bodies, so they were fighting across mounds of dead.
Did a Gettysburg Battlefield tour with a personal guide, Mike Rupert (look him up on the web he’s a licensed Battlefield Guide) with my son a couple of years ago. It was an awesome experience. What those men went through is nothing short of amazing. Our spoiled citizens have no idea what our country has gone through to fight for Justice in our country and around the world.
As an American (retired) soldier, I was sent to fight for the freedom of others to preserve the freedom that Americans believe in. In my active years it was hard to see people who clearly loved freedom but were unwilling to fight for it. I find it rejuvenating to see people like the Ukrainians fight so hard to remain free and hope more people will adapt this mentality. For most of my life people have thought we were the beacon of freedom, but today they stand on the frontline to defend it. They have my prayers and my respect.
Thank you for your service
Hypothetically if there was a war In attack on America half a million of the enemy solider wouldn’t even land near the beaches or anything if your a true American born or not raised and America if u love your rights and constitution in your founding father u will pick up a FUKING gun in go crazy in thats that’s

Very few allies can effectively fight alongside American forces. The British or UK forces are among the few that can.

The channel was adding Amphibious Landing Ships with a flight deck as aircraft carriers. All of these channels talk of weapons and personnel, it's refreshing to see one that gives a good account of logistics. WWII forced America to master logistics in order to project our power across the Pacific and into Europe at the same time. American logistics have only improved since.
Remind me what aircraft carriers have that make them unique? Oh it’s a flight deck isn’t it? Ok.
are helicopters and VTOL not "aircraft"???
An Amphibious Assault Ship’s primary role is to carry a Marine Expeditionary unit with their support aircraft and ground vehicles. They don’t fit the criteria of “Carrier” in the US classification because of their Jack of All Trades approach. But, other nations classify them as carriers because they’re similar in tonnage and role to other nations’
@@rossponding incorrect. All USN amphibious assault ships are designed to support their expeditionary forces. They do that by fielding aircraft.

As for having less tanks.. Well that's because our tanks can fire accurately at a much greater distance.
I've had military buddies that were in major battles tell me how they could zip along pretty fast in the tanks and accurately fire without slowing down.
Basically, our tanks can take theirs out long before they could get close enough to fire.

The extra 9 "Aircaft Carriers' are not considered aircraft carriers by the US Navy. They are Amphibious Assault Ships intended for landing marines on an enemy beach. The helicopters and STOVL airplanes that they carry are intended to transport marines and provide fire support for landing operations.
5:36 The numbers for Russia are now outdated. But Russia has long believe in "quantity has a quality, all it's own" philosophy towards its equipment. They still have ww2 equipment in storage for "potential" use.
Everyone has old equipment in storage for "potential" use. The US has M-113 APCs that were designed in the 1950s in storage. The USAF has B-52s flying today that first flew missions over Korea, and are expected to remain in service for another 20+ years.
...and never forget that any statistics that measure "total" US Navy strength, are factoring in the USS Constitution since it is still a commissioned vessel!
@@bobprivate8575 bit they are still in use in active service. Russia has already replaced stuff from ww2 and Korean eras.

Us here in the United States was falling apart but as soon as 9/11 happened you have 300 plus million Americans ready for war. That is one thing about us americans if anybody tries to attack like a famous quote from a Japanese commander on pearl harbor said we've awakened the sleeping giant. So at the if or when that would ever happen again one thing is a certain Americans would rally up again fight.
This is a different generation of Americans, addicted to their cell phones, video games, luxury lifestyle, tattoos, and self indulgence.
Not like the old days buddy.
1:25
the U.S. has 1.4 million ACTIVE military. but it's estimated that there are 2.5 million in reserve AND if a draft was every pushed, they would be able to conscript up to 75 million (men only). This also doesn't include the former military personal that now works as para-military for companies that contract to the U.S. government. those people are all highly trained military people that can also be contracted as possible mercenary for the U.S. government or military.
1:44
the U.S. has the largest AND second largest airforce (Airforce & Navy) additionally, EVERY branch of military has it's own 'airforce' (Army, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard).
4:28
even though the U.S. is 4th in number of navy vessels, they other 3 nations are using very old and very poorly maintained vessels, thus they might as well not even use them or be counted.
5:07
as the Ukrainian war has shown the world, Russia's equipment, including tanks, are woefully outdated and mostly scrap that can still barely move. it's estimated that up to a 1/3 of their tanks can't even move on their own.... same for China and NK. meanwhile, the U.S. has a strict maintenance and upgrade policy for their equipment.
5:59
the U.S. has the 'star wars' program and they are constantly training and testing the ability to shoot missiles out of the sky, so the likelihood that a country could launch a nuclear attack from a ground based silo and actually strike the U.S. is extremely low. AND no other country had this capability, even though they keep trying and spending money to try and build their own systems.
9:17
the U.S. pays over 90% of NATO's budget and has been carrying all the other countries for decades. ALL NATO countries are required to pay 2% of their GDP to NATO, but a majority of countries FAIL to do this, and yet they criticize the U.S. on a variety of things like 'universal health care' (which isn't actually 'universal' and not 'free' to it's citizens, they are just taxed at a higher rate and that money is used instead of them paying out of pocket when they use services), foreign polices, ect...
www.usnews.com/news/best-countries/articles/2024-02-12/only-35-of-nato-countries-meet-the-groups-defense-spending-target
10:24
I love seeing the U.S. military marching alongside other nations. it's humorous to see how crazy they do their marching and how inefficient their marching is.
11:06
it's up to $848 BILLION in 2023. this is MORE than the next TEN countries COMBINED!!!!
13:26
American culture and education is also instrumental in undermining the culture and traditions of countries that are oppressive and tyrannical. Additionally, American technology in the hands of enemies can be easily turned against them or shut down completely. robbing them of the ability to communicate or coordinate, giving the advantage to the U.S. military in that war.
13:58
we're seeing the results of a low 'Will to Fight' in the Ukraine war where Russian troops are fleeing the battlefield, going AWOL instead of being called up to be deployed, and surrendering to the Ukrainian troops instead of fighting.
I've never heard of any one in Britain that has not gone to hospital beacause they can't afford it or been in debt beacause of our NHS . The way you come across is extremely arrogant and pretty insulting to other countries . But hey your the greatest country on planet earth so I guess you have bragging rights .
Way too long, you get 3 sentences.
Quote by Lockheed Martin Director Ben Rich right before passing away at the hospital in 1995 "We already have the means to travel among the stars…Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do...
Did he give a reason why we don't use it then?
@@tor4472 For example the F-117's development began in 1975. Developed by Lockheed Martin under the code name "Half Blue" program was kept secret, It wasn't until 1990 that the F-117 made its first formal public appearance. The public will know about what Ben Rich was talking about in a formal announcement when there is a reason to know about it. Ben Rich gave a speech at Wright Patterson airbase and UCLA in 1993 also right before passing away at the hospital in 1995.
We Americans do argue amongst one another as families do... but if a stranger hurts one of us we all stand as one. As demonstrated on 9/11.
As demonstrated at Pearl Harbor
Another big difference in addition to the technology is how well trained our military is. When not in war; we train like we are. Or at least we did when I was a Paratrooper in the US Army.

I am surprised you did not see much military around San Antonio, as there are several major military bases in San Antonio. There used to be 7 or 8, but in recent years some of them have merged into joint bases. This includes Lackland AFB, Randolph Joint Base, Ft Sam Houston ...
Hey, do you know there was a place called Doggyland 2000 years ago it was connected to Europe, but it got overrun by water
As a veteran of the cold war (1983-1987), I re-enlisted in 2005 and can tell you first hand how trained we are. The first time I received my M16, having not seen one in 20 years, I broke it down and re-assembled in about a minute (I didn't time myself, but we used to have speed drills on disassembly and assembly). Then for driver's training, I got in the biggest vehicle and drove it around as if I have been driving it for a while. Got licensed on all the vehicles after that. Point I'm trying to make is that if needed there are hundreds of thousand veterans in the US, from Korea to present. We still have a couple WWII vets but they wouldn't be able to fight. The vets are as deadly as the military.
We have numbers but it's not just about the numbers. Old vets like me will talk crap about the military we see now but our training and technical ability and the fact that everyone is there because they want to be is what keeps us on top. It is our chosen profession!!......SPARTANS
I thought y'all had done this video already, based on the thumbnail. Good thing I actually started to watch and see it's not the same video
The difference is our soldiers willingly fight it’s a great honor they are resilient don’t give up .
The difference between North Korean submarines and United States submarines is that ours can actually sail.

Russia uses a very outdated soviet era tank that they tried to modify with those cage things but they were just ripped to shreds by drones and hi-mars. We use the very modern A1 Abrams with reactive armor that can easily wipe the floor with any Russian tank. Even if they managed to fire something the reactive armor instantly destroys the incoming projectile if it even gets close. They also fire the precision munitions that we developed meaning they are screwed. The battle at conaco oil fields proved this fact.

I've had family members fight in every war going all the way back to The War of Independence. Fighting in service to this nation seems to be in my family's blood. There's a level of unity in America that many of our enemies and even some of our allies do not understand. To the rest of the world, we can seem terribly divided. To be honest there has been a level of moral decay especially these last few decades. Sure we argue about politics, and we disagree sometimes and have internal conflict. Just like any family who has disagreements among themselves. But the second another nation threatens us we are unified. I feel a great swell of pity for any country or organization that decides to make the United States of America their enemy.
