Hello good sir I am a 49-year-old soon to be 50 next month in October mother of three beautiful grown adult children I want to say thank you so much for this video. I went through similar situations with my 2011 Jeep liberty as well so I lifted up the jeep and I got down on underneath it and I found the crankshaft in the same position that you mentioned it would be in and it was very easy to replace and I just want to say thank you so much.😇😇😇😘
@@DavidNaritaYT I found it. Finally got the bolt off but mine appears to be rusted in wont come out for anything. Can't see it from the passenger side or even get a light in the exhaust is blocking. Man what a nightmare
It's sounds easier then it really is and that's because if it have been replaced before then yeah its easy if not then that mf will be stuck in there and most likely you will break it
Hey there when you broke it how did you get it out. Mine sounds like a cricket when I wiggle it, as if its straining about to break. I just don't want half of it left inside then I'm screwed Maybe PB blaster? I just ran out of course
@@e.gadd.1 yes used PB blaster let soak in then I screwed a screw in the middle of it and used a roughneck pry bar and pry it out. It took a lot but I got it out
😆 seriously? Stop spreading misinformation. I replaced mine without removing the cat. Literally removed the 1 10mm bolt holding it in and removed it easily.

Awesome! You're welcome!
This sensor is located on the passenger side of the engine block.
should of back up the camra tho cant see it good
For a 2012 Is it located in the same spot?
I'm not familiar with the 2012, but if it's the same motor, it will be in the same place.
@@DavidNaritaYT thank you so much
You're welcome
When will anyone back the camera up enough to see where it is
I thought my angle was pretty clear but apparently not

Man what a nightmare
I wonder if you can twist it but it feels weak and plasticy like it will break. But then how can it rust?
Seems unfair ugh
It won't come out.
I tried WD-40 no good. Its welded in there solid with rust apparently

Yep!
You just have to be patient wiggle it around till it breaks free

@@djharryjohnson oh wow. I hope its not that hard. It seems to have a rubber ring, why in the world won't it twist

Will this cause a 2006 jeep liberty to not turn over?
It can
