After a long wait and a load of sanding the bondo is done!! The last coat of primer was sprayed today and off it goes to paint! Cant wait to re assemble and put some miles down on it.

The tank molded into the frame reminds me of a bike that Mondo Porras and Denver Mullins (Denver's Choppers) built back in the 1970s. I've molded a lot of frames. It's mind-blowingly-time consuming. This project is going to be amazing! Ride safe.

What are the dimensions of the frame and length of springer I’m in love

If I remember correctly it was 7 up in the frame 43 degree rake and 25 over springer? Somewhere right around there!

Why did you paint the chrome frame I thought it was going chrome all over

This one I just did chrome internals so it can match with the polished engine and trans, paint on the outside and nice n shiney on the inside!

Shit man I haven't even made a finished video yet, once they cancelled born free I kind of put it on hold for a while. I do have everything back from paint and chrome though, just need to get a free couple days to slap it together!

unfortunately not, I had to put it on the back burner since its a personal bike, I have everything back from powder coat/chrome and its all ready for assembly though. Im aiming for next month to get it rolling
