@11:10 In Bangladeshi companies, I had a bitter experience like top management of companies is involved in bad corporate politics, fighting against each other internally. They do not take care of their valuable employees properly. That's why valuable teammates move to another company with better facilities. When teammates move on, management hires another new resource and starts from scratch. Maintaining quality, documentation, proper evaluation etc are very much essential to build a consistent team and maintaining a continuous growth.

৯২-৯৪ সালে সাবমেরিন কেবল ফ্রিতে দেয়ার প্রপোজাল ছিলো। দেশের তথ্য বাইরে চলে যাবে এই অজুহাতে তখন সেটা নেয়া হয় নাই। তখন ইন্ডিয়া ফ্রিতে চেন্নাইয়ে (তখন মাদ্রাজ নাম ছিলো) ল্যান্ডিং স্টেশন নেয়। তারও এক যুগ পরে ২০০৭ সালের দিকে আমরা টাকা দিয়ে সাবমেরিন কেবল নিয়েছি। তাও তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকারের আমলে। ইন্ডিয়ার আইটি সেক্টর বুম করার অন্যতম কারণ এটা।
যে দেশের জাতীয় খেলা "হাডুডুডু", সেই দেশে এই কথাগুলো বাস্তব!

As a Bangladeshi I'm fully responsibility take to tell our Bangladeshi Startup company is very overrated also Their customer service is very irrespective especially call centre person are think they're icon of Bangladesh Tech giant but the reality is they are only a guy who is loss his identify after convert their subject in university now do job in other reality such a shame...

এ ক্ষেত্রে রাজনৈতিক পরিবেশ ও আইনকানুন এর সঠিক নিয়ন্ত্রন। কর্মী ও কর্মকর্তা ও সেবাগ্রহীতাদের সঠিক সমন্বয় এর মাধ্যমে। সমাধান এ আসতে হবে। আর সরকারি কাজের বাজেট হজম নিয়ন্ত্রন ও বিশেষ জরুরী।
