i wanna get this monitor but i heard that during in gameplay it goes in and out and that the screen sometimes flickers? can someone confirmed this for me please
No flickering or going out during the gameplay in my case, but there is a ‘searching for input’ message when you start the game on PS5, which is slightly annoying.
Because it’s a small monitor, you need to get closer to see everything. You would sit as far away as you would do if you had a keyboard and mouse on the table. Huge advantage of the small screen is that you can see everything without moving your head from corner to corner. It’s a big plus in FPS and competitive gaming
It’s a pretty good monitor for office work. It has high pixel density and text looks sharp. Colors are very good and viewing angels are good for IPS. If you only gonna use it for work I would suggest other 27 inch 4K monitors, like from Dell or LG, because they are way cheaper than Sony. If you are going to use it for PS5 and work, I think this monitor is very good. In general, it works great for PS5. For PC only use - Dell Alienware.
@@amboka tried roughly 5 of them. All the same. Not sure if it’s a fault. You could see vertical strips. You will see some complaints on sony forums of it.
@@bledarrm7976 it probably depends on the brightness u use. If it’s cranked up to max u will notice the vertical banding more. Bro du u recommend me this monitor for home office work yes or no…
The scanning happens to me on a benq monitor as well. It’s normal when you are running max settings.
Scanning on this monitor takes a while, so when I compare to other monitors or TVs in the room, this one takes extra time to switch inputs

Not for $900. I just got a 55” A90J OLED for $999 a few weeks ago and it’s still better than the A90K even though it’s a year older.
