With so many SUV EV’s having the same bland single dimension interior and design (all following the Tesla approach) its so nice to see something that has some flavour that looks good
I own a cupra and i love the cupra. Yes there are some features we miss out on... but boy they drive well. They have personality and dont just go fast in straight lines
Will never understand these ‘Australian’ conditions. Like everyone else lives in Antartica 😂 Spain has a very similar climate and has crap roads just like in Aus…
What they should say is, trying the vehicle with suspensions/damping tuning that will be available in Australia. Australian cars are firmer than Asian or USA spec cars. I agree that Australian roads are no different from any other. We like to think we are special, but alas, we are not.
Having driven a reasonably extensive variety of Spanish and Australian roads, I'd suggest our surfaces have more challenging cambers, more large amplitude dips and crests and more punishing surfacing making tuning both primary and secondary ride more difficult.
@ -36c to 47c range in Spain, compared to -23 to 50c in Australia. A quick search would have found that, so tell me again how it’s more varied in Australia 😂. It’s pure marketing bs, so they give you more frequent servicing.
Just a bit of feedback on the video from a long-time watcher... quite repetitive messages (initial thoughts, living up to the Cupra brand etc). I feel like this video could have been 7 minutes, instead of 14.
I tried Skoda Enyaq, its sooo heavy like driving a bus! I see that these Cupra is also heavy so i dont believeis it good for driving... Gasoline is still better!
Where was the review, this is just a 30 loop played 28 times with no info. Same old crappy steering wheel buttons, same spongy regen brake feel, the rest isn’t bad. Just a bug Born that didn’t get the VW updates it should have had.
if plastic rear door cards is a deal breaker for you then you will be the type of buyer for a chinese ev. If you go into a euro product be prepared to pay more for similar specs but you get suspension and steering thats properly dialled in. Driven a BYD atto 3 recently and although its good for its price I can absolutely see why its a cheap EV. The ride and handling nuance speak may mean nothing to you and thats ok, but to those people that love driving, the tuning is absolutely worth the extra money

I like those rims and overall car design!
First cupra car I see with ventilated seats 😮big move forward! Looks great too
Good to know. Hope the Aussie specs also get the sunshade
This was a great review. I want more of this guy

So wanted to get one of these but alas, the Cupra dealer informs me that first deliveries will now not occur till April 2025.
What's the problem, it's not a PHEV so the FBT exemption will be running on this BEV into 2027
🇦🇺 VWG interiors - any colour you like as long as it's black!
I know this is electric car but kinda feel like some car/road/wind/cabin noise is missing from the video.
Would be good to get this before the FBT exemption expires
Not sure why but for some reason Australia wont get the heads up display or matte exterior paint colours like the rest of the world. 😢
I'm pretty sure the Endurance is a RWD model, not a FWD.
Its not a sibling to the id.4 but the id.5, the id.4 is no coupe version

One search would have told you that Australia as far more extreme climate conditions and our roads have different cambers.

Darwin to Tasmania. Not just temperature but humidity.. From 42 degrees South to near equatorial conditions. Look at a map mate.😂 What a plonker.

Wrong it was a great review
@ maybe you’re wrong? It’s all subjective..
@@albeano45 no you are wrong. It was a great, informative review.
@ but what if you’re wrong?
@@candlelarbra5212 I agree it was informative - just a bit repetitive

Another car with glass roof and no sunshade - yeah nah!
I have this car (living in Europe) and it has in built sunshade in the panorama roof you can automatically set on and off
It won’t sell in 🇦🇺

This makes the TESLA Y look like a fridge. F I hate TESLA interiors. And first lady Elonia Musk and his crazy BS is just driving values down
Musk is 'Tainting' the brand....
What have you achieved in the last week 🤡
$60-80k and plastic in the back. I’m gonna stop watching and take it off my list for sure. VW group is done. They don’t learn.

Not the biggest fan of the style, exterior looks like a bunch of cars merged into 1, and the interior...bit odd
