Can you buy replacement batteries and a wall charger? Also does it work without 2G enabled?
My old Galaxy J3 I could do it in 30 seconds. but my carrier MINT says I need VOLTE.

Before inserting/removing the SIM and/or memory card, it is advisable to remove the battery.
