Funny how she goes from saying Dynasty Warriors is too mindless to how Monster Hunter isn't straightforward enough pretty much back to back If World gave her such a guttural reaction then maybe it's best she doesn't force herself to play Wilds, that's a surefire way to make everyone upset. We play Monster Hunter *because* of the bullshit, the impredictability is fun for us. When the monsters start to fight each other it is a chance for you to prep up, set up traps, or you can get in there and try to get some hits in, you don't have to wait it out and do nothing.
Your the only one I saw that got excited about Lunar which just shows how forgotten these games are. I got the PS1 limited editions few years ago and played the 1st so far and really enjoyed it. Very happy they are getting remastered so it has another chance to shine and hopefully lots of people will try it out this time.
So long as Sucker Punch's writing is good, and is kept in line with the setting, I could see this being a story akin to Lady Masako from Tsushima. A woman fighting to avenge her family. I really hope that is the case and it isn't an uncontained agenda push like PlayStation and Ubisoft have let run free as of late.
Nintendo's greatest controller is the GameCube controller, there's a reason why they re released them and made new versions for them, everything else they made is mid.

Okay, IDK if you deleted it, but here I go: I believe you miss the entire point of monster hunter, and I feel like some of your points conflict with some of the others you made in this video. Nothing wrong with geeks & nerds, as they made videogames. I say that last one because it seems kind of bad faith to label someone as a nerd in seemingly a bad light for NOT playing gritty "realism" western fist person shooters. And you are right about the activist thing, but there are some personal experiences from others that may explain why they feel this way, and to a point the fear and wanting to boycott is something I can understand where that need to boycott fear is coming from.
the ghost of yotei "controversy" was definitely to do with the fact it's a female lead, saw so many people call it woke and shit because apparently women didn't exist back then and it's not possible for them to fight 1000 guys in combat, as if a guy could do that. The voice actor thing came after

As of right now, there’s no evidence to suggest Sweet Baby Inc is involved with Ghost 2. Paranoia and baseless assumptions are high right now. The voice actress isn’t helping because she’s having a meltdown on Twitter, but people have to separate the art from the artist. Regardless, I’m sure the outfits will be good.

There's one for the police and one for the military, to spread copaganda and the idea that imperialism is generally good. SBI does not write or design the games. Instead of arguing with people on Twitter and insulting Quentin Tarantino’s work by implying he shouldn’t mock the KKK for entertainment, maybe they should actually improve their skills to be less bad. And no I’m not joking go look it up, one of their employees was actually defending the one and only KKK. Let me tell you that his skin color was not white, so why he would take issue with Quentin Tarantino mocking the KKK in Django Unchained I will never understand. What makes Lunar great it's simple but well executed. And I always found the love between Luna and Alex believable and not cringe

it's going to get review bombed on day one. sucker punch always produces quality but the npcs have already made up their minds about this game.
