And it's not just that he has a wide range of skills - it's that he has achieved a high level of mastery in each of them. Guitar Bass Drums Vocals Harsh vocals Audio production Video production Song writing Not to mention the fact that he's a creative genius and genuinely funny (have you turned on closed captions in any of his videos?) As a huge Saosin fan the first 30 seconds of this gave me nerd chills. You totally nailed the drum sound of the EP as well as some of their really classic signature melodics, and I hear both Anthony and Cove in this performance. I think this sounds like ISOSG the most, definitely giving more Cove era to me. Like the abrupt ending rather than the repetitive and drawn out vocals at the end, cutting out for momentary vocal solos, the consistency of the performance of the chorus each time, and most of all, the fact that you could understand the lyrics 😂 And the lyrics were perfect also, introspective yet vague, lots of similes, themes on point, all it was missing was a weird metaphor about eyes 😂 Seriously, as a Saosin super fan I dig this so hard, you can really feel the care and effort that went into this. So thoughtful and well executed. This certainly made my night 👍
