- This was an amazing trip inside Sri Lanka to brought us all the way to Zanzibar, Africa. The owner of Yala Safari Camping worked in Zanzibar and decided to bring back the feeling of a true African safari experience here to Yala National Park.
These luxury safari tents were unbelievable and truly beyond expectations, which is their slogan, motto, and what they strive to make every guest feel. Stay tuned for the next video where we take you on Safari with us deep into the park itself to spot wild animals. But honestly, even just being at the tented safari camp, you already feel like you're having an adventure.

That is the beauty of Sri Lanka. One moment you can be in a hot wildlife national park and then in few hours drive you can be in a cold mountain. Blessed to be born in such a country. Sadly lot of our people and politicians not interested in protecting our nature

I really like the Pangea comment. Yes there are many similarities between Sri Lanka/ Kerala and the East African countries.
Sri Lanka and Madagascar in particular have vast amounts of identical Gems to support the claim except for the Lemas and Biobab trees.As a matter of fact Biobab trees too are found in Deft which is a tiny island full of wild horses who is now regarded to be a sub species.Sri Lanka is home to the largest 🐆 leopard in the whole world due to being the apex predator as well.

FYI, There are no Chipmunks in Sri Lanka. Apparently you have seen an Indian palm squirrel or three-striped palm Squirrel which has similar looks.

Most Sri Lankan people eat using their fingers and the water bowels on the breakfast table are to wash hands (fingers). Sri Lankans don't touch food without washing the hands. Water bowels are not lemon soup. Just water to wash hands.

I am sorry to say but you staying in srilanka for nealy a year, you say this is not looks like Srilanka. Remember that Srilanka has everything you need. Even desert land but not as much as in Gulf countries. There are so much to explore in this tiny island. Thats why they call it paradise island.
