- After 50 hours of traveling from Argentina through Madrid and Austria, today we're finally taking my final flight to Warsaw and my 19 hour train ride back to home to Kyiv, Ukraine. Join me in part 2 of this four day journey from halfway around the world to the other.

I'm really astonished at your ability to be able to sleep almost anywhere especially in between multiple scheduled flights across the entire globe. This usually stresses me out like crazy and I rarely get good sleep if any.
What I think is so cool when Johnny travels is, he always finds the right amount of anger/rage to put out, when something annoying happens. Like the stuff with the ticket. His reaction was appropriate. Nice and it's cool that Johnny shares his journey, I enjoy to see how he does stuff

I'm getting to the point where I can't watch all your traveling any more. Too stressful! All the things I hate about traveling compressed into one video. I need a drink now ! . . . But it was worth it all to see you enter your home/apartment in Kyiv with a view of that wonderful Mother Ukraine statue with the sun rising in the east. Priceless! Slava Ukraini!
No it's great. Reminds me why travel. Sx the. Last 2 years.... find a lot of Selfish people who make noise in the kitchen and I don't care won't talk to you because this is their space and this is their holiday basically they hate humanity that's what they told me😢

Holy crap, I am reliving our pain from October 2023 in Warsawa. We loved their capital city but getting lost on the mass transit seemed a daily routine. I think we too made the CENTRAL train station mistake. You taught me a valuable lesson, never make reservations that involve 'partner' airlines. I always thought it could run into trouble but WOW, that was horrible. LOT should have made it right, does not matter what confusion they were having with Iberia, they were the leg of the trip leaving you without a way home.
Yup. That Warsaw S2 train is way more confusing than it needs to be. Sometimes I feel like Polish people try to make it more difficult for tourists than it needs to be.
Don't envy you with that trip Johnny. Glad you made it back. Eventually!
You walked in the wrong direction when you got off the train in Warsaw, the central station is actually west of the Warszawa Śródmieście (Warsaw downtown) stop.

Nice one Johnny. We had so many memories watching you…. The stores by the train station in Chelm (by the way, it’s pronounced ‘Helm’ and the train and metro. It’s silly but we’re pointing to this and that and yelling “I remember that!!”

OMG, what an Odyssey to reach war turn Ukraine. I am sure the irony is not lost on you. But after a trip like that, I would probably be in bed for a week and will not be able to travel for at least a year. I am amazed to see that you are already up and about, staying active and already probably planning your next trip...

I thought my wife's trek from ATL to Istanbul to Prague to Lviv was long...Congrats on making it through that! She's coming back a little easier via Lviv-Warsaw-DC.
This is why the line from Przemysl is better. You do all of the immigration exiting Poland on the ground and exit Poland at the station itself. The Ukrainian immigration takes over directly on the train. Much quicker
I'd beg to differ. It's MUCH better for everyone to be seated on the train and have the guards go from car to car, than to have everyone stand outside in the cold, rain, or heat with all of their luggage for 1-2 hours to cross by foot across the border in Przemysl.

Yes but her videos are pretty much 1 straight take with a few edits. My videos are clips over 12 hours, I can't set up a mic each time I want to make a 5 second clip.

The sleeper trains don't have a restaurant cart, only the intercity (sitting) ones do.

Hi Johnny, hope you're well, Awesome upload. Just one thing, the picture quality is really bad and is this way I a lot of your videos. I presume that you're using a good smartphone so quality should be good. I'm seeing a lot of glare and blurred pictures. I can only put this down to face/ear grease on the camera lens, maybe make a habit of cleaning the lens every clip you film

Johnny leads a bizarre life. His compulsive traveling feels more like a desperate coping mechanism than any real adventure. Doesn’t matter what month you tune into his videos, it’s always the same story: budget trips hopping from one third-world country to the next, with zero rhyme or reason. Inevitably, he ends up in some predictable disaster-be it a squabble with airline staff or yet another travel mishap. I’ve been watching him for years, not because it’s thrilling, but because it’s like witnessing a car crash in slow motion-you just can’t look away, no matter how absurd it gets.

I like watching him traveling around. Some of the predicaments that he himself has landed in, I could relate. He made taking an Uber, train , or plane ride into an adventure in of itself. Even his search for Internet access is a tripping trip😃. I like that while looking for BEEF jerky, he took us alongside. Pretty much, this is way more interesting than having to listening to that Nutty Vance guy debating on TV.😂

After working in the business for so many years I know why they mess up the most. It's because of chronic understaffing and because they pay so poorly they only get the workers who will take the low wage. So yeah, they really DO need to raise the wages of service workers so they can attract more quality employees. A good example is Chick Fila paying more but demanding better work. They can be choosy because they're known to pay better and provide benefits whereas KFC pays much much lower. Here they make 9USD to start whereas Chick Fila pays 15. And everyone knows the service and food are better there. Management differences are even more noticeable but neither are worth the pay for anyone who can escape. I am GLAD I DID! My time was served in the world of pizza pie and I saw in 10 years we went from a normal, efficient staff of 26 to a nightmare skeleton crew of 11. 11 workers for an entire business. The starting pay was so low we could only get teens to work and teens, no offense to young folks, are not good workers. And while we cut our workers over half, the work was just as busy so it resulted in terrible service. Customers blamed the workers in their face, of course, instead of thinking about why this was happening. They want their food and of course it sucks when it's wrong or missing something. They don't care that it's more due to a business trying to make a profit, which they have every right to do but you keep doing it badly and your business closes. OH I'm so glad to get away to work on my own business at home! Pays better too!
Sorry I wrote a book here! I'm just tired of seeing the snark about the labor and service workers. Everybody makes mistakes. Even you forgot your SlimJims! Maybe you're just cranky with this long journey. :)

Actually you're right. I've never had bad service at In & Out and they've always paid 1.5x the minimum wage. But then again, it's being able to pick and choose by offering more, not being forced to.

some trains do not go through warsaw central but warsaw srodmiescie. than you have to go out at warszawa srodmiescie its 150m from warszawa centralna its a kind of legacy cause warsaw centralna was build late like in 1970s. hope soon they will unifite this. by the way laydy in train said to you thank you in russian - there should be tests in ukrainian for citizens and those who fail should be left with no ukrainian passport. and zabka - green shops are the best polish thing ;)

Here's guessing you're flying into Warsaw. Could've caught a direct train to Przemysl, then direct from there to Kyiv - EC train out of Vienna and IC out of Przemysl.

One of the most travelled people in the world yet still the stereotype American tourist. Messes up his plane ticket, misses the station he’s supposed to get off at, eats KFC in Warsaw, ends up late for his train despite having 3 hours time because his KFC order is wrong, mispronounces everything even though the language is 90% like Ukrainian but in a latin alphabet. It’s literally 5 letters and written all over the place - Chelm yet he keeps saying Chlem. Good luck to him with his endeavours and life in Ukraine.
