Nfs rivals is my most favourite nfs game till date. I really really really want EA to make another game based on cop vs racer genre (in the sense you can play as both sides) because nfs rivals came in 2014 and it's been 7 years.

1 thing that NFS HP 2010/Remastered lacks that NFS HP 2 had is manual transmission. Like sometimes I sometimes hate the auto transmission in NFS HP 2010/Remastered (especially in that part when you reach top speed it shifts too early to overdrive) like can't I keep the car at 1 gear instead of shifting to a pointless gear that reduce the power drastically? Especially these cars that have 7 gears instead of 6.

They got impatient. Most Wanted and Carbon roadblocks are similar to that regard: one of the units will look for you, assuming there is room for them to move.

My favourite tactic is the rhino suv's from Most wanted 2005, Carbon and World. It's badass and cool how a big heavily armoured lifted police suv just comes ramming into the player and it's my favourite police vehicle in all NFS games too.

I just recently played through 2015 again and boi is the police bad in it. You have to literally slow down and wait on them to catch up way too many times. On the flip side, Payback and Heat police are super aggressive. :D
It’s been awhile since I’ve last played HP2, so I can’t say yes or no. And in 2010, that is just a spike strip drop. In 2005, the helicopter would sometimes spawn in as part of the roadblock, and you could physically hit it. You can’t move it or destroy it, but you can’t definitely hit it.
@@TheBossGaming No, it physically blocks the road as if they are a ground vehicle. You can hit it, but it won't budge. This glitch is caused whenever the game screws up in their choice of vehicles in roadblock. It is this same issue why traffic-cars-as-part-of-the-roadblock glitch also occurs.
[About NFS: Hot Pursuit 2010/Remastered] Don't forget that the Racers also have access to Pursuit Tech! They have two unique ones for them instead of deploying a roadblock and calling in a heli: - *JAMMER:* Automatically cancels an ESP and/or spike strip hit targetting you. - *TURBO:* Gives you a boost, separate from the NOS.

A whole ass cutscene of your character getting slammed on a cop car and thrown in jail. Rivals? Shit threw you immediately back into the garage with money GONE and all you’re left with is the fucking trauma and sitting at the screen asking yourself if all of that was worth it. NFS hot pursuit made it dramatic and watched your car get flailed around and thrown in slow motion as the whole squad of cop cars catch up to you.
