Thank you, Chris! This was very helpful. My mid motor conversion is almost complete, except that I have a mess of wires I need to manage. Your tips will come in handy. Thank you!
Hello fellow Ebiker and fellow Chris. I like the Neoprene cable sleeve that you linked in the description. The Loom Tubing I am not crazy about and would not recommend for bikes. The spiral wrap what you linked in the description isn't thick enough for my bikes. I have three converted Ebikes right now. BBS02 on a Road Bike (With Riser Handlebars). Ebikeling Rear Hub 1200 Watts on a Hiland Hardtail. Bafang Front Hub 500 Watts On a Schwinn Hardtail. BBS02 was the easiest with the cable management. Used the Neoprene stuff for all the cables going from the controller to the handlebars. Ordered 1.5 inch thick spiral wrap for the cables on the handlebars that are currently zip tied on the hub motor bikes. The BBS02 was the easiest with the cable management. Don't need any spiral wrap on the handlebars because there is no cable mess. The Neoprene cable sleeves help clean things up on conversions when you don't have internal electrical cable routing. Planning on doing a lot more conversions in the future. These bikes are fun to ride.
Both the Nesta and Rattan have faster more powerful motors and true 20x4 fat tires. So I do prefer to ride those vs the Lectric. I think the Nesta is the best looking of the 3, but all of them are good value buys.

Awesome glad I could help

Nice, there is various forms of spiral wrap, am sure you can find something that works.
I am experimenting. What I like the most are the cable sleeves and the spiral wrap working together. The tubing stuff you listed I do not like.
I like using self amalgamating rubber tape, looks clean
Got a link?
Should be on Amazon if you search self-amalgamating tape. The ones made of rubber
Where can I get that zipper wrap? Very awesome
I have yet to find the zipper version online anywhere. You'll have to use the velcro kind.
excellent job. i just received the lectric 2.0, cant wait to ride it..between the espin nesta and the rattan. Do you like one over the other?

Hi, any advice on the sizes to use? or just experiment. Thanks
Just experiment
