Mam actually i have a allergy condition so i am getting my treatment in my hometown coimbatore so i really can't relocate so what can i do if they give me a another location
I've got selected for Accenture on sept 2022 for ase role... And they've sent me call letter with location on May 1 and in that letter they've mentioned onboarding on 5 June in indore... As indore is very distant from my place I've asked them for relocation to Bangalore or any other southern parts... I've sent this relocation mail on 2nd may but still now I haven't yet got any replies from... Does anybody knows about this DO REPLY!!!

Hi Savipa. Thank you for this wonderful video! I about to join Accenture on sept 4 2024 but i got base location in Mumbai the thing is they have not provide me relocation so i decided to join at the given location. unfortunately My recruiter relieved from Accenture so i mailed that Alternative contact person which i could see in offer letter. But still not getting any updates and no response for my emails. I dont know whom i should contact for help. Since i am from Tamil Nadu I have asked for Accommodations and DOJ postpone. I am connecting with people those who called me from onboarding team. They said they have requested and revised offer will be released shortly like that. After They have not update anything yet. Even i am not sure whether my request is accepted or not. If you know Is there any other contacts or respective team to convey my queries than HR/Recruitment team?
Hi, I am not sure why the recruiters not responding, recently I resigned from this company, if anyone working in Accenture like any of your cousins or friends pls ask them to share the recruitment team contact or if possible give your I'd to them to check the status of your application, please raise ticket or put mail every day two times atleast one of them will respond to your mails or tickets

Actually if there is high health emergency then only they are allowing for relocation, otherwise they are not considering I heard. If they are not replying atleast on your on-boarding day please ask any of Accenture team to relocate to your preferred location or if you get HR or POC ask them to give you projects in your location. If your HR is good they will provide you relocation
My date of joining is on aug 21st, they gave location for gurugram but my preferred location is Hyderabad....

Your recruiter needs to approve it, pls mail them or contact them

This month I joined at bengaluru location but iam not interested is there any chance change to hyderabad location
Before on-boarding it's very difficult As far as I know only one got relocated due to his mother health condition not good and he provided medical documents to the HR team
If you want relocation either after stream training the HR or after joining project, the manager or POC should be good enough to understand your concern
If they are ok they could relocate you, if you can find your HR in teams please ask them to allocate you in your preferred location if they ask you provide documents for health issue you should be able to provide them
And please be polite and convincing while asking them for relocation

For relocation mostly they won't allow. It's better you can mail twice or thrice overall

You need to discuss this with HR, they can only suggest on onsite opportunities

As far as I know you can submit all documents without keeping anything pending, location related things they will update from the backend, this is my suggestion. Please think and move ahead.

Hello, I have kept the relocation and only left with facility location that to be reported but I am in my middle of training in current location and my effective day report is collapsing with exam conducted on the same day
What should I do, before I started mytraining I have got my relocation request approved.. But the thing is should I talk with hr again like so and so situation is there... Or else should I continue with email
First of all ask them to reschedule the transfer date, if you think relocation is quite important to you then you can tell them that dates are overlapping, they could help you in interchanging dates
Hi,I got Accenture ASE role and I have also got my DOJ mail for 17th July,Pune. At the time of filling the preferred location there was no preference of Bhubaneswar but few months back Accenture opened it's Bhubaneswar office. Since last year my health condition started deteriorating and I have been diagnosed with IBS. Is there any option to change my location from Oune to Bhubaneswar? Should I try changing it before onboarding or after completing the training?
You could ask them now through mails, if you they dint respond you cam ask them after on-boarding stating that your health condition is not well. You would like to work in your preferred location. They would ask some medical documents and approve

Also some of my friends who are in Accenture said that once I get onboarded I won't be able to change my location till next 3-6 months and if I request for change of location now they will delay the onboarding. Mostly just before sending an offer letter they might send any survey mail to select the preferred location

Actually to claim you need to get HR approval I heard, you can ask them for approval and process they will guide you
I applied for Mumbai location & got selected on 25/07/2024 in accenture recently.
On my offer letter specified that at this stage your location is Banglore.
As hiring manager asked me preferred location & I mentioned her that Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.She told me that you shall get updated Offer letter.
She is not replying to my call / mail /messages.
And my joining on 13 Sept 2024
When I shall get updated location for mumbai ?? Any idea ?

Sometimes recruiter will take leaves due to their personal emergency they won't reply but you should not stop calling them even a single until you get response from them, pls keep on trying to reach them and also keep on putting mails and get offer updated with your preferred location as already they gave confirmation for Mumbai

These are her replies, On email litterly I sent her 30 mails but she didn't replied. It's an extremely unprofessional behavior from her..
And I am not first person this is happening with most of the candidates.

On call litterly I tried to called her daily but most probably she received almost 2 times..and she told " give me some time " , "I don't know your location will change or not " ..

Hi Mam, I am a Fresher. While registering, I chose Chennai and Coimbatore as my preferred locations. Now, I am waiting for my Date of Joining (DOJ). Due to some personal reasons, my family and I are planning to shift to Mumbai. If I receive my DOJ, I will only be assigned to Chennai, Coimbatore, or Bangalore, as I did not choose Mumbai as a preferred location.
Is there any chance of changing my onboarding location to Mumbai if it's assigned to Chennai or Coimbatore? Did they will consider my situation?

Yes sahu, your POC or HR need to approve it, based on your project if there is a chance they will transfer you, please approch them once

Yes you can provide Medical documents to the team, and request them to relocate, mostly they will relocate. Try to keep mail at least once a day requesting for relocation

@@sushreekant3737 actually I have no PoC neither mail of HR and last date was June 20. So I had to accept the joining letter. Offer letter was given to me during the last of Feb and I accepted it at that time only.

They mostly giving not out of preferred location these days, only way is to mail them frequently or raise tickets, even we contact them they are allowing relocation until any health emergencies we have

I have been through Accenture interview process few months ago but i have a doubt about applying ago because while applying it asks have i been to assessment and interview process before 3 months I don't what date i should consider because if i consider the 1 round assessment start date it's been more than 3 months but if i consider the last hr interview it is not more than 3 months so i don't know whether to put yes or no in that question - "have you appeared for assessment or interview process for Accenture in last 3 months" what should i answer to this?

Once have a talk with HR Or POC, try to convince them that if there is any project in coimbatore, you would join there. Try to be polite while you are speaking they could understand your concern. Keep on asking whenever you get chance. They would relocate

You need to have discussion with HR, and convince them for project allocation in Indore

In EAF portal top right you can see raise ticket there atleast please raise 2 tickets a day until they respond. If you received offer letter there they would have provided contact of your recruiter. They responds lately. If it is not possible before on-boarding then please try contacting your POC or HR after on-boarding and ask them to relocate you to your preferred location projects

There is no option of applying but you can speak up with your recruiter. I heard until unless there is health emergency they are not relocating, but anyways you can give a try asking them

Hi extending doj will not be in our hands the recruitment team only should consider this that too based on their requirements. So far one person tried for this, but onboarding he went there and asked for relocation they sent him back to mail for on-boarding team. But fortunately they verified his documents and relocated. But we can't expect same thing happens

Its totally based on your choice, you can keep n number of offer letters in your hand, but you need to chose atlast one option, point to be noted
As far as I know, that once you accept any of the offer letter of a company and dont join that company atlast, you cant join in your again that company in your life time

My DoJ is on Dec 1 in Mumbai (in-person i.e physical onboarding) but my preferred location is Hyderabad. I replied to the onboarding mail id to relocate but they respond like this:
We understand your concern regarding your preference for joining location. However, we would like to re-iterate that your joining location in Accenture is subject to business demands.
The joining location will be allocated to you based on business requirement. Hence, we will not be able to consider or process your request for change in joining location.
I want Hyderabad location at any cost i.e whatever project is available in Hyderabad I will do it. What shall I do now?
My training is not completed yet. Currently I'm doing Primer Modules.
