In Todays video I have shared my point of view on my recruitment journey and why I refuse or decline to join accenture though I received the offer letter and about to join on of my dream company, I just open up and discuss each and everything which I went through during this journey so please watch the full video from start to end to understand everything in detail which I have shared based on my experience.

Damn, I joined Accenture thinking it is a great opportunity for me as I was working in a mid-sized organization before as a graphic designer. But soon it turned grey for me as I was interviewed on the basis of my profile and the JD that they have shared ( Associate Graphic Designer) but later when I got the offer letter it mentioned Operations Associate which had nothing to do with graphic designing. The training and production is nowhere related to what I have done so far, that along with the virtual onboarding was horrible. So far, my experience with Accenture is bad and tbh, everyone needs transparency when it comes to joining a new organization. I'm on probation and I have started applying else where. Hoping for the best.

Same I filled a form regarding "Finance associate - Record to report" but they changed it to "Bangalore - Workforce Services (Workforce Management)"
I'm done with screening round yesterday tomorrow I'll be going through Self Assessment Test and HR round later.

Am joined 4 months back it's really stressful , I applied for HR operations but I got operations 💀 really I can't handle as fresher I don't have any choice I need to stay 😭
It seems to me that nowadays it is quite normal to leave large companies with high salaries for a company with slightly better conditions. I experienced the differences first hand when I compared offers from employers on Talent Service and went to the company I currently work for.

I worked with Accenture for 6 years and quit last month. First 3 years was soo good, it was like reliving my college life as I had good worklife balance with very less stress. Next 3 years the management changed and they made the simple work process more complicated. The worklife balance became stressful like hell. Some collegues even got heart problems because of the stress, and it was getting to me so I had to quit.

This video is so relatable.
Even I didn't join Accenture and chose a mid cap IT over them just because of the communication gap between the hiring team and the candidate.
My revised offer letter was the same as the original offer and even after requesting to cancel candidature because I might join at a later point of time, I kept on receiving mails and finally my talent coach contacted me after I already onboarded with another company.

Yes ma'am, what you said is absolutely correct ..!! The Accenture recruiters never respond to our calls , mails..!! I am also experienced the same ..at some extent Even i decided to not to join them even though it's my dream company..!! but only joining bonus make me to stay back with them 😜..!! Surely we need to escalate thi s thing to higher management as i heared so many cases like this..!!
I never expected such kind of carelessness from one of the top corporate gaint like Accenture.
My recruiter show's attitude and arrogance while discussing my salary since I don't have any offer in my hand..so what I have done was i keep on giving the interview's got some better package then i throw the offer at her because she hurt my self respect..!! Then after she started speaking politely..!!

@@nmcreations1705 while applying itself we will give preferences right . So in my case, Hyd is my first preference and Chennai is my third preference ..they have given Chennai which I don't want...
So while they sent link address to delivery company laptop I have sent an email stating same . It worked me and they changed it..
Even after joining within 6 months many of my trainingmates changed their base location easily...
And I recently heard, it's tough to change office location once we completed one year and we started working in projects..

Infact similar thing happen to me....I requested for change joining of date however I got call from project manager asking me to join on teams call with Accenture though I didn't even onboard. And said the Project in banglore but my offer letter was for Pune location. Mutually agreed.

Hi, facing the same issue. Received offer letter and they asked me to join within a week. I told them that i need some time to relocate to bangalore. They are convincing me to join immediatedly. What can i do now? How can I change my joining date?

Hi can give interview for non voice and voice process at the same time in the same company?
Actually hats off to Accenture work Policy rules really i loved it...but people in recent management where I worked felt very worst...when we gave new idea to make work easy but management lead said that "work will become easy with good quality though how can i give hikes and appraisals to all if everyone start working good"..
So his motivation bothers only ABT hikes and financial needs but not business or client needs...

You are very correct they don't pick calls. My interview was rescheduled 5 times.. for the first time it was like I got a mail of interview but without the link to join the interview. I called the HRs multiple times and I was like asking them i don't receive link to join and after 30 mins they told it was some scheduling team issue and rescheduled it for the next week. The second time on the day of interview i got a reminder mail in the morning saying i have an interview scheduled and later that day just before an hour before the interview they cancelled that interview. I also recieved a mail to finish the test in 2 days and rescheduled the interview after the test. But unfortunately test links were also not available in either the mail or in my Candidate profile. I mailed the team saying the same with screenshots and asked for the link for test. Still no response..
Again in the morning of the interview day some person called me to say to finish the test before interview.. i then explained him the situation and told him I already sent a detailed mail with screenshots and tried calling but I dint get any response. He told he will check and revert back. No more response from him also. It was already my slot and I joined using the link they provided this time and was waiting in the lobby for next 20 mins and then I left as no one came... after 30 mins they called and ask if the interview was done I said no i waited 20 mins and then left and also told I sent the mail to the HRs reg the same. They told the interviewer was on leave. Again they rescheduled for the 4th time and later they preponed it and Got a mail of interview for the 5th time. I was like really mad at them and refused. I was no more ready for another waiting. The people at Accenture are really like irresponsible.. if this is the situation before joining itself then how can we trust and join. trust me this is the best decision you took by not joining them

Yeah.. Me too had similar situation.. first Time I waited in the interview for 8 hours😢.. Still No response and 2 nd time I waited for 2 hours😬
I attended Technical Interview last Saturday. within half n hr or less I got congratulation, you made it to HR mail and asked to fill in EAF and documents. i was not having one certificate with me, so I uploaded the remaining all doc on Monday and they told me to write a letter that I'm going to submit it on next day and I did that. the next day (Tuesday)my candidature was put on hold in the candidate profile.I thought it might be due to the doc that was left. After submitting the doc still, it is showing on hold. When I called POC after calling many times and dropping emails she told me that my profile was not selected by the client and the process will not move further. Don't know why the profile is still on hold and giving hope to people.

@@CareerChrome I'm not sure if the recruiter is clear or not. Even person who referred me got mail about my interviews cleared. But i lost hope and started attending for others
Same issue with me. They took the documents, put the position on hold and then disappeared. No calls, no response to calls or mails, and the candidature was on hold for a long time. I stopped checking after a month.

Hi mam.. I have the problem in verification code, my gmail is mismatched. When I'm applying for job, it's showing we have your details already from previous Gmail..but I want to change my previous Gmail because that mail is not correct.
I worked with Accenture for last 5.5 years. Initially it was good for 3 years. But the work life balance is not good. On Last 3 years lots of TL changed, SME changed and even Managers also left the job on same team..
Something is wrong with Accenture I guess. When I opted for IJP, the internal hiring team is not active. IJP works with referral between managers and resources. I quit my job in Accenture.(even I was moved to another project by reference by manager and I dropped paper(as savage moment)...

I have a query, if we decline the Accenture offer letter after accepting just 2 weeks before the joining date then does Accenture put the candidate in Blacklist?

In my experience too my recruiter never picked up the call and most of the time he used to cut the call but better thing was He used to reply me in mail.

Hii mam, I got task mail from accenture, firstly I got 15 tasks, after 5 days my all tasks are approved, after that I got 1 insufficiency task it is asking intern experience, I don't have any intern experience, but it is asking what I have to do, please replay mam

First of all I think we both got selected in the same month and I think you got onboarding calls on the same month as of me. As by the recruitment process they have asked in interview also that flexible to work from anywhere, Secondly after that also they give chance to change loc.. I have changed my location to bengaluru from hyderabad and the things you mentioned are small discrepancies which will cleared after you join. As accenture is one of the companies who hasn't asked thier employees to wfo, your location could be easily changed withing those few months. I have changed it easily and it changed like in 1 day. But best wishes for your future endeavor but yes I agree that they were late in giving offers, but after joining not a ounce they left us in problem. Good luck

I have worked in Accenture Recruitment team, and this video triggered me a lot😂. There is a separate team for joining process. For example I was working in coordination team and our responsibilities are limited to that. Once the candidate cleared the skill interview, there is a separate team called documentation team they are suppose to connect with candidate and assist them to do all the documentation related activities. So sometimes we get calls from candidate for the quarries s related to documentation, we really don't know much about that process so usually inform the candidate to wait till get a call from documentation team or I ask them to drop a mail to me so I shared that with documentation team. Only few people does that most of my colleagues doesn't attend the calls from candidate once they clear the first round as our responsibility is limited till that. So they disconnect the calls some even block the candidate. But I have never done that to any candidate as I have gone through the same situation before. So I always try to be more kind and professional

Even I'm facing problem with their irresponsiveness. I have cleared the assessment and technical round, I was told that I have been shortlisted but there's no response since then. It's been almost 2 months.

So, you did not join Accenture because they were not negotiate, not because of other reasons that you mentioned in this video. You would have joined them happily if they have revised your compensation.
That is just a point of declining offer politely as I was not ready to join, I was knowing that the offer which I was getting that Accenture will not going to negotiate again because they already negotiated and provided best as per there budget so the reason was just the irresponsiveness nothing else

I tried to apply for two to three job that matches my skills and abilities. But ,three months ago I applied for a position I didn't received any interview update on that job role. Now while applying for different jobs,my application isn't supporting saying that we had your data that we gathered from your last application .

These issues can be sorted out. I REJECTED their offer two times just in fear of PIP. that is their exit process.5% ppl per SUB horizontal are terminated . But they offer you highest salary as a service co.

Same here. I got the offer letter and even though I was not satisfied with the negotiation I agreed to accept the offer and was waiting for the revised offer from HR. But she never picked my call after that.

Location is not a constraint in accenture. As per policy you can work from any accenture office (if you are called)

I joined in July’22 it’s been 3 months, 12 hours of initial shift everyday and managers expects you to login during weekends and during month end 18 hours and 20 hours of work no work life balance.
@@jatinsharma4847 OMG, for me 9.30 hrs shift but sometimes we need to extend shift hrs to complete production. But there s lot off communication gap nd rules and regulations. Oru project require attention for 7.30 hrs daily

Joining Accenture does not mean you will not have to relocate. Try to join product company and settle for few years
Well it totally depends on luck i can i wrote my assets on june 1st week, had interview on june 20, got LOI on july 14, completed all my modules on 29th August, i got offer letter on August 15... After that it depends on luck, it was all blank till jan 24 2022 the day my Accenture started. So pretty much luck sometimes
@@dileshwarrao2436 there is nothing called luck. It all depends on how soon they need to hire you. There are two types of hiring first one bench hiring and second one project hiring if it is related to project hiring then it will be much faster. in the interview you can ask if it is project or bench hiring. The answer will help you to understand how soon they will hire you. For project specific hiring, compensation will always be higher and also your location is confirmed
Onboarding depends on the date of joining, you just need to have all the documents with you properly so that the onboarding process will be easy .
For me they released offer letter within an hour 3 recruiters called me up saying the project i was hired for is closed .. whole process until offer took about 7 months noone responds now ..there are better companies out there

Mam, I Gave Infosys Exam on 20 Feb for SE Role and Then on 25 Feb I was Shortlisted For interview and then on 4 March My Interview Was Done. In Last Interviewer told Me that Your HR Round Will Be Done In Next 1-2 Weeks. Is There any Separate HR Round in INFOSYS?

If you don't no anything then start from basic concepts , also you can take udemy courses online or free TH-cam tutorials and start Learning from scratch and start practicing regularly
Just to update in Accenture u can directly Change ur location without needing anyone's approval.... As soon as u apply for location change in portal u will be getting a date from which ur new location will be effective.
All these things will be conveyed to u after joining.
Even I was in ur shoes when I joined (no one responding to the queries )but later I changed it to Bangalore without needing anyone's approval.
Point to be noted:- Accenture's Pre joining team sucks 😞

How to change that, during NJX session they said we have to work in assigned location for 2 years.
29 august (2022) interview completed , task mail 8 september (2022) , 25 may (2023) task approved , 25 November (2023) haven't received offer letter yet.
I raised a ticket they are saying that they already revoke my offer because i did not accept the offer but i didn't receive it. 😢

Exactly same situation I had also faced,they will not respond untill they feel to do .
One more situation had happened with my friend is like even after clearing all rounds still they have not given offer letter and neither they are responding nor contacting. Very very frustrating hiring process they have.

On the 1st onboarding meeting.. hr specifies us that the location in the count down link.. will b same or different from our opted location (due to some technical issue).. so the hr told us to ignore that n submit the documents and after all the processes are done.. v vl b assigned to our location which we opted for

Yeah..same happened with me...I was onboard ...then they asked me to wait for 2-3 days for having technical issue there...and I dint get any response till one week ...then after a week they asked me to wait for another week...but still they didn't respond me ...so finally they picked up my call one day n said that project went off for which u wr hired...so now no requirement for that project...but still they asked me to got shifted to some other project but still they dint respond for that even...so I decided to join somewhere else

I got an offer in Thai amd the recruiter used to reply my massage until almost 2 months he didnt reply my message anymore for quetions. Tho i already take the offer. But the visa... They said they cover the visa payment until the agent said i pay it individually on the embassy to submit my document. I buy the flight tickets by myself and also the Visa??Like... Why the sudden change?? 0_o anyone can explain?

Accenture great escape, my feedback: there work stress buster more, work culture will change your habits into bad,by drinking alcohol.there every senior people hang out freshers and new joiners. they like more first priorities fancy english style and modern dress.
Second priority they see your look
Third priority they see available for job location. Congratulations🎉👏 you great escape, myself also great escape after working one year.

After the document verification,Accenture tooks seven days to release the offer letter and in some cases more than that may be 10 or 15 days . There are also several cases where Accenture took months or more than that to release OF.
Follow up with them religiously
Hello mam I wrote an exam of tcs on 19feb and I Completed my TR round on March 4th successfully the interviewer said wait for HR round will be update you soonly but till now I can't get any updates I sent many mails to them but they didn't give reply
Don't wait more than a week if they don't respond start looking for other opportunities till they respond back to you

I agree with this video...I am also new joiner and I try to contact n-number of times but they r not responding...It's really very bad... becouse we r new joiner...we don't know all rules and how to fill all documents... Atleast They will conduct some sessions regarding...how to fill documents n regarding Accenture rules...and for onboarding process is also very slow...we have to wait so long...for each and everything...Even...I don't like...I agree...work balance is gd...
And I did training on JAVA BACKEND...But They assign some different stream project...I contact to my manager..but not of use... really it's very bad....

They will ask during the initial call itself based on that they will assign
