I moved to ABQ from AZ in 2001. I don’t miss the 350$ to 400 power bill during summer months.

Hey thanks for watching the channel! You must run a lot of things at once because that's what my power bill was for last July and I have refrigerated air, and 13+ plus devices running at one time.

Hey thanks for watching the channel! Although there is some areas that deal with downsides. I don’t know if that comparison is very true or comparable…

I have lived in Phoenix most of my life & it has become a complete shithole. We just broke an all time record for 100 consecutive days of 100 degrees or hotter… we are about to break another with 110+. The traffic is absolutely insane, the cost of living is through the roof. I cant wait to get out of here soon

Hey brotha, The algorithm brought me to your video. I left Abq during the pandemic and lived in Phoenix since then. I wonder and like to know what has changed in ABQ since then? Like what would be the places now to live out there if I moved with family to ABQ and show around to visit or make it worth to ?

I’d say NW Albuquerque, North Valley, Corrales, Los Ranchos, Bernalillo, North Foothills and Rio Rancho.

Hey thanks for watching the video! You are 100% correct. We will never argue that. What will argue that numbers don’t lie and more population more competitive the job market gets.

I guarantee you one of the biggest reasons Albuquerque is so hot is because of their stupid xeriscape laws.

I didn't know we had those types of laws. That's interesting. I'll have to look into that. Thanks for watching!

Hey thanks for watching the channel! They have the isotopes and the city is working with the soccer team to get another one built.🔥
