Tiger Woods, There is a group of surgeons in NYC who are supposed to be the best at what they do (#1 in Orthopedics). They seem to have at least one top specialist in every category. It is called the Hospital for Special Surgeries. A guy from my high school is a part of that group. Apparently he specializes in feet and ankles. He also does some research. You may want to see a different specialist there. However, he should be able to direct you to the right person. His name is Jon Deland MD. He is a nice guy; and he is highly moral. He will not try to talk you into surgery you do not need. However, he might be able to steer you to the surgeon that you specifically need. I wish you the best.
