If for some reason that reservoir isn't a keeper also I would recommend looking up Canton reservoirs. They are a race part company and that is what I installed. They hold higher pressure apparently? But they are beautifully made and I got the coolant and brake reservoir for my 05. Good luck man

I checked out their site. The tank does look good. Maybe for a future upgrade but they are about 3-4X the price of the one I got. Maybe if I ever build a new, crazier race engine.

Hey, I would be VERY interested in seeing you come up with a modification for an easier coolant drainage method (mentioned at 0:49). The typical release and push up the bottom hose method is such a pain in the ass and always gets coolant everywhere but the drain pan. PLEASE do a video on this as I have not found any old posts or videos on this type of mod.
Great video as always and looking forward to seeing the progress on the rear end conversion.

When you rebuilt the engine do you get all new bolts, namely, the main cap bolts M10X75mm?
