Let me tell ya a coupla three things: 1. They stopped using the Centanni's location because the film crew were too disruptive to the street and locals complained. After the pilot they found an empty property in a quieter area and did it up to look like Centanni's. The locals thought it was a real store and were excited that there was a new pork store opening. 2. That's not Martin Scorsese, it's a lookalike. Not many people have seen Kundun, it received a very limited release because it offended the Chinese government who pressured Disney to can it. Disney kowtowed to prevent being banned completely from China. Chris was being a hipster fanboy by pointing out that he had seen it. 3. Phil doesn't like the Dutch angle. It's off kilter. How could it be ok if it's askew?
1. Nice behind the scenes info! 2. That's a damn good lookalike. Disney has been in bed with China longer than I thought. 3. I think Phil needs to compromise.
@@couchbumkino5423 Yeah I always thought it was Scorsese himself, only discovered it's a lookalike recently. The funny thing is that the guy who played him was also in Goodfellas.
I also thought it was Martin Scorsese for a while and I was confused why he randomly choose to cameo on this, at the time, new show and why he never had a mention of it whenever he'd briefly talk about The Sopranos (which was only to say that he tried but couldn't get through it), the actor is Anthony Caso for those curious.
Tony is actually only using the control stick, meaning that Mario (or Luigi) would just be sitting in place turning the steering wheel, but not moving.
Speaking of Kundun I actually visited where the movie was filmed in Morocco... I'm not sure why they chose to film a movie set in Tibet in Morocco but it is what it is

ehi! cool video, maybe I am in the wrong about that, but you could've warned the audience about the fact that you would have spoiled some things from future seasons instead of only the first one
The Mario kart 64 speed running community needs a one handed category called Gandolfini%
This cracked me up. Thanks for the laugh!

Damnit you're right. My career as a nitpicker is over...
Love the Sopranos content!
but... Tony *is* just crashing into the wall @ 9:53 lol
Vito made a cameo in the bakery scene and they called him gino in it
There's 'before Vito, then there's 'Waaaaaaay before' Vito
Are you going to do season 2, 3, etc?
Yes!

Kundun! I liked it too. I saw it a looooooong time ago, probably around the time Christopher did.
Really good quotes and observations, and I Indeed learn something
Cool VID, I had fun watching this, you just got a new subscriber😊🙌

Chrissy is def a movie buff seeing as he got ralph to watch Spartacus
@11:00 Chris probably never saw Kundun but it’s not a popular movie. He was kissing butt.
I mean he told Ralph to watch Spartacus so he was def a movie buff
It was sucking up but I think there's a chance he likely saw it and he's bringing it up to him specifically because of the limited release it got.

I thought Michael's character, Spider, was killed later on in Goodfella's, post foot shot of course?
Yes Spider is no longer with us

The show is 25 years old, get a grip
Why can't you be nice to Brandon's Dutchy?
