Being a small start up company from the small EU country Croatia made me pause even further, when I red or watched company's press releases.. Then a series of events followed that gave a certain amount of credence to the young Croatia tech company. (Yes Rimac is a tech company, not a car manufacturer, let's make that thing clear). These events were serious interest for the company's shares by the giants of the industry, and eventually Porsche and Hyundai bought in 20 or 30% of the Rimac. Rimac also started to work intensely with Christian Koenigsegg and was developing EV technology for his eponymus hyper car company... All this resulted in an actual drag race done by the mega popular YT channel Carwow where they came to the press release of the car and happened to have the fastest ever Ferrari with them, the magnificent SF90 Stradale. So, in the true fashion of the Carwow channel they decided to drag race the fastest accelerating Ferrari against this 10 yo company from Croatia whose owner and CEO Mate Rimac grew a beard "too look a bit older and mature during the meetings with representatives of all these giant and rich companies with huge heritage" (this is a true story told by Mate himself). And the result was incredible. Rimac obliterated the Stradale and set an unofficial world record for the fastest accelerating production car and the fastest 1/4 mile.. Well call me impressed.

That's where the battery industry went, instead of say, megajoules (MJ), the more standard metric measurement for energy (e.g., energy storage capacity). Kilowatt-hours are also the units used for billing by my local electrical utility in the USA.

That Devel 16 is a UAE pipe dream piece of junk.... the first prototypes were junky looking like a poorly built kit car and had no engine, then another one had what sounded like a junky v6 in it... hennesseys F5 was developed and built by a company in England, like his other previous venom models. It uses a billet LS engine built by noonan race engines in SC. not that theres anything wrong with the LS but this guy is not on the same level as these other builders. as of now they have built 3 of these and I haven't seen any speed runs. Henneseys shop is nowhere near the level required to do any serious development or R&D work. He buys components and ships them to England where the cars are built.

That Devel 16 is a UAE pipe dream piece of junk.... the first prototypes were junky looking like a poorly built kit car and had no engine, then another one had what sounded like a junky v6 in it... I think they had plans to have Nelson racing engines build the engine for it, last I heard about a year ago... But I still think it's a failed venture..

hennesseys F5 was developed and built by a company in England, like his other previous venom models. It uses a billet LS engine built by noonan race engines in SC. not that theres anything wrong with the LS but this guy is not on the same level as these other builders. as of now they have built 3 of these and I haven't seen any speed runs. Henneseys shop is nowhere near the level required to do any serious development or R&D work. He buys components and ships them to England where the cars are built.

KW/h is not a correct way of pronouncing it, it is incorrect and is just a mistake made by people, it has not been accepted anywhere.
