Hello Fleur and Kate, it’s refreshing to see a Mom and daughter work together on a project without fighting. You talk out your ideas together. I say the cot came out perfect. I like the lace on it. Kate your pillow looks lovely. See you next time, Joyce from Connecticut, America 🇺🇸❤️🙏🙋♀️
A basting stitch around the edge of the lace... 😃 ...then you gently draw the thread through to make a ruffled edge. That will allow you to fit the lace comfortably around the round pillow!! ❤ Your pillows are darljng...as well as the crib!!! So love watching you create!!! 😍
The cot being a bit of a death trap is only in keeping with the childrearing practices of our ancestors, going by the old bottles with the tube that couldn't be kept clean and the popularity of soothing syrup. Jokes aside it came out adorable!
Maybe your other bed could be made of willow wood for a softer look? This one did turn out better than you initially thought. Your whole house is going to be great!!
I absolutely loved this Doll House video and your end result! I vote for the "lots of talking" ones more than not much conversation. I admire your relationship. I adore your Sunny Cat. I enjoy see you finding bits and then creatively upcycling them. I could listen to you taking turns reading the phone book. Great job, Ladies! ❤
I enjoyed this so much!! Sonny🐱, the metal pieces that lovingly turned into a work of art🎨🛏 I love the pillows. Thank you Ladies for sharing your # dollhouse
I'm a crafter myself and I am very impressed with the bed you've created from all those bits of discarded metal. Don't sell your creation short ladies! A dear old friend of mine who taught me sign painting would tell me as I agonized over every imperfection to " Set it up against the wall and step back 10 feet. All those little mistakes disappear." As the artist we see the imperfections because we have an image in our mind of how the piece should have turned out. As a viewer and an admirer I only see the wonder of this beautiful little rustic bed. "Step back", ladies and give yourselves some credit! Well done!
Thank you for sharing your creative processes! I prefer hearing you both talking and Sammy doing his shenanigans! It is almost like being there in the fun..
Fluer and Kate you think its a death trap all i see is something so delightfull and the chatter between you both and Sunny's paw just what more could we ask for. That was so good i was feeling a bit down today but now im smiling thank you.you see that ir what you both do for your followers you make us smile.🐱🐱
No baby was hurt in this process, so funny, love the cot thought it looked great in the end, and sunny,s paw. You are right you can only make with what you have and i think the furniture is great, thank you for sharing
Ok, I was so confused with the term cot. In the US we call it a crib. I finally "got it" when Kate said nobody would put their baby in this! A cot here is used in camping to hold usually one person up off of the floor of a tent. This is such a cute addition to your dolls house. I love it! Wonky pillow and all.
I have to admit that I laughed the whole way through the video....There were some memorable quotes and sighs. Loved the whole exchange...From 'trust the process', 'genius', 'don't need no ruler', and 'it looks like a death trap'. The cushion making was memorable. Thanks for the entertainment...and to see the creative process in action. Brilliant! xx
I loved going through the thinking process, it made the craft very real. When you make something out of what you find, it becomes very difficult. I think it turned out well!
It is the most adorable death trap I have ever seen 😅 Thank you for flipping a terribly stressful day for me into a funny one. Love you guys xx Teresa ❤🇦🇺
Never overthink your beautiful creations you have made out of nothing into a awesome piece of art. They were once lost to the sea or a dump but now are found for everyone to enjoy thank you for another great vid. :) :)
It’s perfectly Kit & Caboodlers! I love it. It’s very you two…touches of Victoriana and rustic combined. I remember when you found your first frozen Charlotte. 😬 So nice to see her, and her “frozen sisters” displayed this way.
I loved it too! Every minute of it! Sunny's leg cracked my up and the fun you 2 had brain storming and the result was (as always) amazing! Looking forward to next week! 🤗 ❤
I think the bed turned out adorable. It has a rustic charm to it and I think the lace just made it all come together nicely. It is amazing to watch you take, old things you find and turn it into something lovely. I enjoy the talking on your videos and I got a kick out of Sunny sticking his paw in!
I love watching you guys. Thank you for including so much of the planning and conversation. I really enjoyed the entire video. In fact this may have been my favorite one ever.
Yes, I like it better being able to hear you both working through the thought process. That was really fun. "It's a death trap!" was one of my favorite lines ever. I quite literally did laugh out loud. I think it turned out really cute and I enjoyed the whole process. 😊
I just love Sunny! That cat paw was just hilarious! You two are hilarious too. When you were looking for the wire cutters and it was laying on the table. So funny. I like watching craft videos where natural things happen during the craft and you have improvise.
The two of you are so charming, and I loved listening to you create out loud. The crib is gorgeous. Anyone can purchase a "perfect" miniature from a store, but perfection is boring to me. And the contrast between the roughness of the metal and frilly nature of the lace is just pure genius. This is one of my favorite pieces. Can't wait to see what you make next!
Just Love the Charlotte ❤️ bed, so cute, adorable, & must repeat Love that wallpaper! Well starting to think I need a Dollhouse to decorate of course using things found from digging. ❤️☀️🐾🐾🐈🙋
I just LOVE this channel. In a world of plastic and throwaway this is an absolute delight for the imagination 😁🥰🇬🇧
Couldn't agree more

Well done
I think you guys are way too hard on yourselves! You are incredibly talented and creative! Your creations amaze me. Very well done ladies!

Sooooo cute cute cute👍
Fabulous

Ladies...the bed and pillows are awesome. Having a handmade touch in dears it.
Turned out adorable 🥰
It’s adorable! I laughed out loud when Sunny flexed his leg in front of the camera. 😅 I enjoyed hearing you talk through the process of creating. 😊
I did too! That’s the best Sunny visit ever. 😽
The foot was his way of saying, " Do you have room for one leg; okay then I will leave but not before I show my beautiful claws" remember those ?"
The lace brings out the lambs in the wallpaper. It looks really good from our point of view!
"It's a death trap!", LOL!! This was a hoot with Sonny's leg and seeing how you work over each other. I loved it! Cute crib.
I do hope that they have plenty of tetanus vaccine at the Doll’s Hospital.
@@Mudhooks : lol, i was thinking the same thing for mum and daughter! sooo much rusty stuff!
The pillows are so sweet
Sonny's leg😂🤣😂 There's no need to criticise your creations, they are all just wonderful...I think they're marvellously creative
I love seeing Sonny cat streatch for the camera. He is such a great cat! I love it!
enjoyed watching the making of this lovely FC bed ! thanks
It is so cute
I ❤ listening to the chatter and banter!! Sunny spas was amazing!
I think it is GREAT, hard to make with found items. Thanks, fun to watch!
This came out so cute I love the lace and metal. It gave it a vintage feel.💕💕💕💕🎎🎎🎎🎎

Also, I love the cot and Sunny flexing his paw.
I absolutely love it. It is adorable. And I think the lace was just a perfect finishing touch.
Those babies are grateful for a soft bed instead of the mud!
"Trust in the process." Works every time. Thank you ladies. Have a wonderful day.
Loved the cot!! The lace was perfect. Victorians swam in the stuff. Your's looked very victorian. Thank you ladies.
So much fun seeing your process and how you two feed off each other's laughter!!
I think it looks great!

Everything is adorable.
I really like the primitive look. You can color the lace with some tea ( or a wet teabag) tot match the colors . Greetings from Holland!
Thank you for sharing your creative processes! I prefer hearing you both talking and Sammy doing his shenanigans! It is almost like being there in the fun..

The bed came out very nicely and just perfect for the tiny baby dolls. Let's see a high chair and table and chairs next?
I love the cot! It's exactly like it should be. Wouldn't want it to look store bought. Well done!
I love it. It's primitive. Primitive isn't perfect. You did a fantastic job. Makes me want to do something like that.

Exactly. I’m fascinated with the small differences in vocabulary, from UK to US.
It's lovely

It's absolutely adorable!!!!!
I think its perfect for the frozen charlottes. Love the lace bedskirt.
I like this one, with all the dialogue, as opposed to the previous, with no dialogue. Hearing your creative process as it developed was great fun!

Delightful watching you sort out the construction of this Victorian dolls cot. The lace made it. Well done. You two are a great team .👌😄
I think you both did a great job and rhey all looked very happy to have a new home
It’s absolutely perfect. Loved the commentary between you ladies too. Please keep that part up. 🥰
Have a great week!! 🌼
From a pile of scraps, this turned out pretty good, I like the lace on the bedding, but Kate saying It's a Death Trap made me snort laugh...
The bigger flat spoon might make a neat bed warmer for a larger doll.
Yes, I like it better being able to hear you both working through the thought process. That was really fun. "It's a death trap!" was one of my favorite lines ever. I quite literally did laugh out loud. I think it turned out really cute and I enjoyed the whole process. 😊
I love how it turned out. See you next week.
You have to have an appreciation for something as this..you do...I do...and I'm sure more will agree!! It's brilliant!
I just love Sunny! That cat paw was just hilarious! You two are hilarious too. When you were looking for the wire cutters and it was laying on the table. So funny. I like watching craft videos where natural things happen during the craft and you have improvise.

Someone said it already but I would stain the lace with tea. It looks very white right now. But no matter I still LOVE it! It's beautiful!
I love it! Great job ladies! I enjoy watching always!
