Very informative buddy, and I'm glad you spoke in English.. almost everyone out there speaks in hindi and I don't understand anything... Just to clarify, should we completely turn the idling bolt clockwise to maximum RPM while adjusting the Fueling bolt?
As he demonstrated in tvs Jupiter scooter.. the idle rpm is 1600 and u must increase it to atleast 2200rpm to adjust it

I own TVS Wego and I adjust the carburettor like what you did and it is great but in winter when I drive through water the engine stalls I checked everything but I can't find the issue

Those are screws, not bolts. Slow speed mixture screws need to be adjusted when the engine is warm.

How to use a Pulse engine tachometer for adjusting fuel ratio and rpm? Does it gives more accurate settings? Better than human approximation especially for the inexperienced?

Hello brother, thanks for your video, I did my tuning in lean Air fill mixture, now when am starting my scooter for the 1st time or when my engine is cool down after starting the engine it shutdown ill accelerate the throttle in Idel for sometime to warm Up. what's the solution?
Use choke bro.... Cold engine needs some extra fuel to warm up.. just run 20 sec max in choke mode.. and then u good to go.. and don't ever accelerate on cold start to warm up your engine

those two are screws, its ACS or VCS ie, Air Control Screw or Volume Control Screw both are different

Hmm point missing .. while tuning ..and listening to engine sound . Keep max RPM equal to the RPM you'd usually drive on ..(tune for better drivability)

Is it possible to tune the engine back to stock version as like new engine comes..cz I told the service centre mechanic that not to tune the engine cz I am satisfied with the mileage but still he tuned it..plz reply as soon as possible..I have suzuki burgman 125 street..

I have ns200 with replaced underbelly exhaust with good quality aftermarket exhaust and installed original stock replacement k &n filter in it . So now the power and tourq have increased in it but on high ends my struggling for gaining speed also i believe it is getting heat up more than before. Every mechanic telling me different thing. So by turning my engine with your way in this video will work for me? Or I should upsidz my main jet?

No need to upsize main jet or pilot jet ... Just don't use k&n... Atleast in 200cc motorcycle

No need to upsize jet unless u run bigger piston or turbocharger....Get rid of K&N filter..!!

Hi brother, my suzuki access 125 BSIV was doing max speed of 100 kmph easily on highways and excellent pickup till 80 kmph. After paid service where the mechanic done spark plug cleaning, tuned the Carburettor etc,, now my scooter struggle for pickup and attain max speed of 75 kmph only. Tried all stuffs that you explained in this video by adjusting idle pole as well as rpm pole. Still not got my old performance. Also facing very low pickup. From starting in the traffic, access cannot even stand with 110 cc scooters in achieving pickup.
Can you please advice what is to be checked to gain my performance back.
Note: mileage dropped from 45 to 40 kmpl after service. Service done at private mechanic and not by showroom mechanic.
