Holy crap that's a beast haha. Personally I don't need that much power but I can see the need for this much power in a commercial setting. I'm pleased with the 150bt, it does what I want and more. No need for an upgrade for me. Good video.
Great video. The 150bt is also professional grade machine but for smaller areas. I have one for 17 years one and only have had to replace the primer bulb and this year the spark plug. Fabulous machine. I think now I need to get a 580 to go with it for larger areas
The listed 765 cfm and 270 mph are measured from the 150bt fan housing, not the nozzle. It produces 427 cfm and 150 mph from it's nozzle. Husqvarna and Redmax misleads their consumers by providing stats this way. That's why I got rid of both my under performing Husky blowers plus quality control issues with them. Great vidro content though.
@robertswift6101 150 bts bad carb out the box, carb replaced under warranty. Never ran right since the carb was replaced. 580 bts mk3 blower fan developed a crack from the output shaft out two inches within a year after purchsse. Some days it would start on third or fourth pull (cold), other days it wouldn"t start at all. Both are residential use and I only run Echo Red Armor canned fuel through all my 2 stroke and 4 mix engines.
I am sold on the Husqvarna 580BTS. I have seven acres and hundreds of trees. I've been using Dewalt 60V, and it eats batteries. I go through four to five batteries for the front yard alone.
7 acres, you need the Echo pb9010 or Redmax ebz9000. That 580 won't cut it ( dependant on how many trees you have on site). My 580 mk3 barely handled my 4 1/2 acres.
That 580 is nowhete close to the same volume as the Echo pb9010. They've been put up against each other in many videos and not even close. I own the 9010 and use to own the 580 bts mk 3 so I know first hand. Now, the new Husqvarna 590bts and Redmax ebt9000 produce more volume than the pb9010, but just by a little.

Did you ever compare the 130BT to the 150BT????
@@9th_child no, haven't had a chance to try one.
The Husqvarna 580BFS has the same engine as the Redmax EBZ8500 and the same air velocity as the Echo PB-9010T
