Hv done BSc Hons Agricultural Sciences (4 years programme). Am going to apply for Masters in Agriculture( Food & Nutritional sciences) in University of Alberta.

Note my ielts score is L=6.0, R=5.0, W=6.0, S=6.0, Overall= 6.0.
So am going to apply on English Proficiency Letter as my University from where i am graduated (University of Agriculture Faisalabad Pakistan) is in the exemption of ielts.
Would it b a better decision to apply with English Proficieny Letter. Is it possible to get LOA with it.
