    Very insightful content. Please from your experience do you think the part time jobs for students in Canada can enable one get enough funds to take care of balance fee. I know this is almost in possible in UK due to their 20 hrs working limit

    • @adacanada
      @adacanada  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Working part time of 20hours a week can only help you with paying bills like rent (depending on what part of Canada you’re in), feeding, phone bill, etc. it will not be enough to pay for tuition as an international student.
      However, Canada has increased the work stipulations for international students to be able to work full time hours while attending school.

    I just came across this video… I’m sure gonna follow. Pls Ada I’m in a confused state now… I have an HND in Civil Engr, NYSC and currently I’m studying an Undergrad program in Business Administration in Malaysia… Honestly, I’m not happy here because i horridly left Nigeria because of the ENDSARS protest. I have good grades here but I want to leave here to Canada… Now my QUESTION IS: Can I apply to a College in Canada for a Diploma Program or can I transfer from my University here in Malaysia to another University or College In Canada??

    • @adacanada
      @adacanada  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you can do either. As long as the schools in Malaysia is recognized in Canada, you may receive some transfer credit in your application for admission. Check out schools like Cape Breton University, Mount Allison University, Memorial University.

      For some schools, the scholarship is based on merit, meaning you are automatically considered once you submit your application for admission. For some other schools, there are scholarships that you’ll have to apply separately after you’ve applied for admission. In essence, your first step is to apply for admission. Then, scholarship

    • @adacanada
      @adacanada  ปีที่แล้ว

      UBC is the 2nd best university in Canada (out of the top 5). It’s like an Ivy League school. The reason I don’t mention it much is because the tuition is not relatively cheap and most subscribers are looking for cheaper schools. If you have admission from UBC, accept it because you’re going to be studying in one of the best schools in Canada
