  • Meet McKenna Woliczko the Best Wing in 2026 and it seems like she has just scratched the surface of her talent as she is now really starting to focus on basketball. But as well she can get it done on the football field and in softball as well. See why everyone is interested, except maybe UConn.

One thing to note is McKenna and her Dad are both Notre Dame fans. But it has been a challenge for the Irish to recruit the West coast and I'm not sure if the Notre Dame fandom is more her dad than her.
If you follow her dad, he's teased a couple programs. Not just South Carolina but also Notre Dame.
Niele Ivey is very difficult to read as to who she wants in her program. Recruiting announcments are usually a surprise with ND.

Great Clip. as someone stated her dad has teased a couple different programs but i definately think she will end up in "The Nest" which would be a perfect fit for her in my opinion.

Billy that is 110% BS! My god man just off the top of my head I can think of 6 videos.
I did video throwing flowers at Dawn after winning championship.
I did Video looking at their line ups & was basically talking about how loaded they are.
Did video on Adel tac and I think she is going to be great.
Did video how SC won portal with signing of Maryam Dauda
Did video on Maddy McDaniel saying she is good & Pg of future.
Did video on Joyce Edward throwing all sorts of flowers at her.
So get out of here with that sh _ _ !

As a UConn fan, I have to say. I think our recruiting really sucks right now.
No athleticism. No size. Missing obvious targets (Swords, Koval) in some of our recruiting pipelines (New York, Canada).

@@TheDisruptiveOne Ice Brady and the Egyptian girl Jana (can't remember last name) big, Patterson like 6'3" her and Griffin two of the most athletic players in the country. Maybe you mean as in freshman but Strong can do everything and she's cerebral as hell, she's Geno on the court. KK Arnold can move. If Uconn can stay relatively injury free they got to be top 3 in everybody eyes. Nobody that know ball will have them less than 3 maybe 4. They can beat everybody, will they? Idk they're still a powerhouse. Still got Paige and Azzi and one of my favorites that people don't know how good she is because of injuries is Ducharme. Uconn nice at every position they might not be the most athletic team in the country but you don't have to be as long as you got a lock down or slow down post defender and perimeter defender, Patterson and Griffin.

B2S this is one your best reviews. Yes I’m surprised that UCONN has seemingly not offered her scholarship. However, I do see her ending up at South Carolina or maybe USC as both have very strong head coaches who will definitely challenge her too. But her dad’s fan boying kinda lets it be known that that’s her preference. Could definitely see her at USC too.

There is no way you can watch Cheli the last couple of years and not be interested in Woliczko. So, yes. UConn not being more interested is strange. I think they just decided a long time ago that McKenna was a lock for Notre Dame.

UCONN should have 3-4 scholarships open in 2026. I think they are just waiting for the other 5 offers they have sent out to Jerzy Robinson, Olivia Vukosa, Jcy Abil, Saniyah Hall, and Addison Bjorn. The problem with Geno is that he has a type and won't offer until it's too late in the process and kids have made up their mind and will go elsewhere. I haven't seen many white kids go to South Carolina. I think Chloe Kitts is the only one who has gotten any significant playing time.

    • @ShakesTheClown46
      @ShakesTheClown46 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

Yes, but Dawn has been offering many of the same kids - Black, White and everything in between - that everyone else does, just like Bluder and the new head woman at mostly White Iowa have done. Ultimately the kids will go where they think they’ll thrive on and off the court. I think Dawn’s biggest challenge with McKenna is getting her to leave California for South Carolina.

There are 3 better wings in the 2026 class than Woliczko. Abii, Hall, and Jones are all better. Since she doesn’t handle the ball or shoot beyond 15 feet she’s not a wing, she’s a skinny post. And she’ll wind up at Notre Dame.
