The character shown in the thumbnail and throughout the music clip is from Touhou Project 14: Double Dealing Character. Her name is Seija Kijin. She is an amanojaku, a creature from Japanese mythology capable of provoking a human and making them commit evil deeds. It's the spirit of contradiction and perversity. Consequently, her power is to turn over anything, including the screen in which the player is trying to avoid the patterned shower of bullets she throws at them. Because of her nature, she likes what people dislike, and is sad when others are happy. No-one likes her, and she likes that. Her objective in the game was to overthrow society, so that the weak can rule over the strong. Even her outfit shows her contrarian nature (her dress has uno reverse arrow patterns), and her battle theme is called Reverse Ideology and is close to being a musical palindrome (recognizable when played in reverse).
