How long did it take to get to the internal temp at the 225?

Like one of the most important questions and they didn't answer it.

Question. With only one rec etc can the potatoes be kept at lower temp for longer? Would you rec smoke for a bit then move indoors to oven for the 400F?

I'm wondering why you let them get so high of an internal temp before you take it off. That seems like a really well done tenderloin! Is it because that's what you prefer or is it more of a CYA type of thing due to the dangers of uncooked pork? Thank you! Loving my 590!

The minimum recommended internal temperature of pork is 145ºF. Ray pulled his at around 149ºF! Medium rare can be achieved in the 145ºF - 155ºF range. You can let it cook longer for a more thoroughly cooked pork tenderloin, it's all up to personal preference. Thanks for being part of the REC TEC family! 🤘🔥

My only criticism of ur videos is u need to do closeups of the finished product. Lets see what it looks like on the plate and see the meat when u cut into it. Other than that great job!!

That is definitely something we're working harder on lately! Check out some of our more recent videos. 🤘🔥
