60g desiccated coconut
90g oats
40g peanut butter
30g almond milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
20g coconut oil
10g honey (or agave nectar)
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
Place the desiccated coconut, oats, peanut butter, almond milk, ground cinnamon, coconut oil, honey, vanilla bean paste in the mixing bowl. Chop 20 Sec. / Speed 10. Form into small balls using a tablespoon and your hands. Keep them refrigerated up to one week.
