There is also Circle of Inevitable (or CoI )which is set in the same universe ,and acts as a sequel for the overarching plot of the first book . Take note though that it has a pretty different story feel to the previous book, even if it retains the same "World" (give yourself a badge if you catch "that"). Still both are good reads and I wholeheartly recommend both to anyone interested. Edit: Spoilers in comments , you have been warned !
Adaptations will never compare to the novel, the novel can go in deep deatils without costing much while adaptation are constrained by the budget and episodes length, hope this bring more readers who wanna learn about the full picture
honestly, the adaptation of the first volume would help with its slower pace, and allow potential fans to get hooked easier, because lets be honest, the first volume is very slow paced
I finished LotM in, uh... two weeks. ^^;; But I honestly kinda regret that, because I feel like I should have taken the time to digest (haha) this, as I didn't start taking notes until the third volume. I was just trying to get through my list of things to read, but I honestly started to really love this story toward the end.
Not to offend anyone but whenever I hear chinese names in fantasy novels or good looking manhwas, it just bring down my excitement😅 (Due to my bad experience with generic cultivation webtoons) The only chinese manhua which i really loved was 'Who made me a princess?'( i didn't know that it was a manhua at that time) Will give lotm a try
It’s a novel so it doesn’t have pictures, but there is a ton of cool art of like most of the best moments in the series out there which helps you visualise a lot of the stuff in it👍
how far did go into the story? because from some of the thing you said, you are in for some good time, you aren't ready for a couple of the twists edit: give a read to circle of inevitability which is the sequel of lotm, the author himself said that he is trying to make it in a way that it doesn't matter from which one you start (no one agree tbh)

Can't wait for you to finish it to make another video
(Preferably try to avoid any exposure as much as possible until you finish it)
I know you'll make review on vol.6 because it's just that good. Enjoy reading.
I finished it in 2 or 3 months but I was reading at least 20 chapters a day, still my best read so far

The best, really.
BTW, there is also CoI. It's great. I'm personally not a fan of sequels, but CoI is the best sequel I have read in my life.
I started at the end of august and finished around the end of december while being pretty busy with school
I recommend to reverend insanity is every good webnovel
Thanks, I’ll check it out🔥
I don't recommend it, it's a cliche...
it took me 8 months to complete it. But funny enough if I read just as much shadow slave in 1 month.
New Rivoon post everybody!!!!
Does LOTM have a lot of pictures like a manga, or is it more like a light novel?

But now getting a anime

I’m currently in the third part, Traveller and around 550 chapters in, It keeps getting better. It’s good to hear that!
@@Rivoon thought so, no spoiler but think carefully about the world building at some point you may get a surprise as you read
@@Rivoon Traveller? You're in for one of the greatest stretches i've seen in a webnovel from volume Undying onwards pretty soon
