Stage I- diffuse PR depression, ST elevation except in avR(the typical pericarditis ECG).
Stage II- (several days later) PR and ST segments normalized, T wave becomes flat.
Stage III- diffuse T wave inversion
Stage IV- resolution (several days to weeks)

this helps me understand my dresslers syndrome,,just came off a 60 day prednisolone taper a week ago and so far no recurrance, although the withdrawal effects are not good..here's hoping
