All that's left for the outside of the house. Is good power washing. Everything else is slowly coming. Clean & paint the anchor plates.

Cleaning up the old lintels makes them look almost brand new! That is a very good red color for the door! Looking forward to the next challenge!
Wow guys, and than, all of a sudden the house looks brand new from the outside. What a difference. If ever in the future, in your richer days, I would replace the old outside concrete window seals for slope blue Belgium hard stone. Concrete absorbs water and will keep bursting. The oxenblood red door is beautiful especially when you've finished the outside shutters, maybe in red as well. The house is ready for atleast another 50 years. Great job, thanks for sharing with us
They could use an affordable solution. Apply a silicon wash to the window sills, it will absorb into the concrete and make it water resistant.

Maybe try to colour the filler with sood from the chimney ;) as in - scrape sood of the chimney walls, make a mix with it and a tiny bit of water and use a small pencil to apply. This and coaldust is also commonly used in a bit bigger scale to colour match new bricks with old bricks in building restoration :)
For the window sill you repaired, if you chiseled the white out then tinted the next batch gray, it won’t show as much. Looks beautiful, I love the red door so much I probably would’ve done the windows red too.

I cleaned up my basalt windowsills with a orbital sander with 60 grit. amazing result

Windows look great. Marina try using a cheap pack of playing cards to mark edges when painting as they slot into gaps and can be reused, might help with all the painting you will have in the future! 🇺🇦
